DESCRIPTIONS:
The Dandere type refers to a character who is often quiet and to themselves. It may be due to shyness or just because they are the quiet type. However, when alone with the person they are attracted to, they usually come out of their shell and become more loving.
The Deredere type refers to a character who is completely kind, happy and energetic. No matter what may happen, they quickly revert to their cheerful self.
The Himedere type refers to a character who wishes to be treated like a princess by the person she loves, even if they aren't royalty in actuality.
The Yandere type refers to a character who starts out sweet and nice but eventually become dark and obsessive I've the one they love. They become stalkers and use violence on, and possibly even murder, any person who gets close to their love interest - even if they're too shy to simply speak to the person they have a crush on.
The Tsundere type is possibly the most popular or simply the most used character type in anime and manga. This type refers to a character who treats the one they love poorly. This is sometimes because they started out hating them and began to develop feelings of love as the series goes on, and sometimes it's because it's the only way they know how to react.
The Yangire type is similar in some ways to the Yandere. Is is a character who starts out sweet and nice but becomes very aggressive and psychotic. However, unlike Yandere, Yangire do not become violent because of their attraction to a character. Instead they may snap simply because they're irritated with a character that has nothing to do with their love interest.
The Kuudere (sometimes written Coodere or Kūdere) type refers to a character who is often cold, blunt and cynical. They may seem emotionless on the outside but are actually very caring - at least when it comes to the ones they love.
