"Zara! Zara! Zaki sauko ko se na hawo. Tun yaushe nake ce miki ki je ki shirya amma kin tsaya kina damu na da surutu(are You coming down or you're waiting for me to come and bring you down? I was telling you to go and get ready but you were busy making noise)" mama yelled from downstairs
"Mama am coming am looking for my shoe" I yelled back
Well, am Fatima mohammad, but am called zarah because its my grandmother's name, am from kano state but based at Zaria, am 15 now in jss3 and will write my mock, BECE, and NECO, this year inshaAllah. We are ten in the family being zaliha the first daughter, she is married with two children faruk and fuad. Followed by nuruddeen, he is not married yet, then rahma(momi), then Aisha followed by abdulsamad, then me being the sixth followed by Khadija and sumayya though they are not twins but are agemates, then xakiyya and Maryam. Alh Muhammad has 3 wives, mama, aunty and mommy. Mommy is living in kano with her children.
So back to reality, we are going to a wedding with mama and aunty. Me, Aisha, Khadija, and xakiyya wore the sister's anco while mama and aunty wore the mothers'. The kamu is to be held in RAS. When we reached the venue the wedding has not yet started, so me and aisha took pictures, after like 30mins the couples arrived and the event started. We ate and danced. I stopped dancing when I noticed yaya Suleiman(my crush) was looking at me. Talking of yaya Suleiman he is my cousin, he is 25,I have a crush on him since when am 12.
Ya Suleiman : ki cigaba da rawan ki mana(continue your dancing)
Me:(blushing) aa dama Nagama ai( am done)
Ya Suleiman : bawani kin ganni ne kika dena (is when you saw that's why you stopped)
Me: aa wlhy dama amaryace tace inzo in taya ta(no is the bride that said I should come and join her)
Ya Suleiman : toh shikkenan, how are you?
Me: am fyn and you?
Ya Suleiman :sme fa, Ina Aisha(where is Aisha)?
Me: tana can tana rawa (she is there dancing)
Ya Suleiman : ok toh my regards to her yanzu zan tafi dakin kirata mun gaisa
Me :tohm no p byeee
Yaya Suleiman : byeee
