Suleiman's POV

the bride is no one other than the most beautiful woman on earth apart from my wife
and she is salamatu". He said happily I couldn't comprehend what he just said, I just stood up and went to my room to clear my head first. I decided to go to Ibrahim's house. I took my car key and zoomed off.

Salamatu's POV

"Ya salma dad is calling you" Ameera said

"what is it again now?"I asked her

"I don't know"

I went to baba's sitting room and saw him talking with mama, I salamed and entered,i have greeted him so no need. I sat down and waited for him to tell me why he called me.

"salamatu you know you're 21 now right? He asked and I nodded

"and you are almost through with school?" He asked and I answered. What's wrong with this man he is just beating around the bush he won't just go straight to the point.

"good,your cousin has sent a marriage proposal to you and we have accepted and the wedding is in three months from now inshaAllah, so start getting ready" I just stood my mouth hung open they didn't even ask for my opinion as if they are the ones that are going to marry the so called cousin.

"who is it?" I managed to ask after a long silence

"Suleiman,dama Ameera tafada mana wai kina sonshi tun tuni(ameera told us that you're crushing on him since) so this an opportunity for you, dama Ance Opportunity comes but once"

"I had a crush on him then but not anymore I have someone I love now he even said he will come and propose on Friday what do you want me to say to him now?"

"are you out of your senses are we the one you are talking to like that to hell with the one you love you're marrying Suleiman whether you like it or not and this is final"

"I am sorry to say this but I won't marry the person that doesn't love me, I loved Suleiman back then that it had reached a state where I can't hold it I went and asked him out but he shunned me. I know Suleiman don't love me and he will never do so. So please don't force me into something you will regret later". I said sobbing, I stood up and went out of the room I know my dad will never withdraw this wedding because he is the type of father that never change his words once it is said it must be done. So I know I must take fate whether I like it or not as he said earlier I will take this as destiny and I hope mus'ab will do so. Talking about mus'ab I don't even know how am going to start telling him. Lemme call aneesa maybe she will bring an idea. I picked my phone and called her after two rings she picked

"anisa am in a deep mess wallah are you at home?"

"yes what's wrong besfrenn tell me is it something serious"

"can you come over please"

"okay I will just tell mama and come okay?"

"okay thanks bestie" I said and cut the call.

I lied down on my bed thinking about how I will start telling mus'ab when I heard a soft knock. I called the person in and aneesa sat on the edge of the bed. She didn't say a word she let me be before I decided to break the silence. "Aneesa baba is trying to force me to marry Suleiman and you know I don't love him now right?"

"what about mus'ab?" she asked

"I don't know besfrenn wallah I am not thinking straight now what do you think I should do?" we finished talking and around 8pm she decided to go home I saw her off and went to baba's living room to tell him about my plan.
