You helped me make some of my best friends, you inspired me to help start a band. It hasn't been working but I'm not giving up.

I was embarrassed about being weird, until I found you.
Like a lot of my other fandoms, I found you when I was in a patch where i
I didn't have friends.

7th grade, 2012. In September, that will have been 6 years.
6 years.

You give me laughter in my life, and inside jokes with my internet friends. Like when I would send pictures of baby turtles to them and say
"Look at these tadpoles"

You helped build a lot of confidence within me, and you cheered me up when I had no positivity ever.

I have seen you 3 times already, and the day before my third time...I was lucky enough to meet you. It was the best day in 2016. I remember crying tears of joy after meeting you. I remember my selfie with Ashton being blurry because my arm was so shaky. I remember meeting some friends that walked around the old market with me and following you around but keeping a distance so we would respect you.

You saw us anyways but you didn't seem to mind. Michael even told me he hopes I would have fun at the show.

The next day at the show I met really close internet friends and you made the night super amazing. I was bawling my eyes out when you came on stage singing Carry On.
The lyrics "You know it's gonna get better" got me through so much shit in my life. Words cannot describe why. During Jet Black Heart, I was a big mess. It's a song that I really relate to.

You helped me believe that I can be myself and still make friends even if it's only one, but a really close friend.
