"So, Neymar, you killed your teacher with vodoo Magic? Very interesting. These days it's  very rare to see a Halfblood killing someone bevor the age of sixteen.", Mr. D said.

"My Name is Niela, sir", I said and left the rest of the things he said uncommented. I hadn't willingly killed her. I just had been clumsy enough to break the damned puppet. That was it. Not a big deal.

Mr.D ignored me. "Tom and Jerry, you're back. And I see Tom got himself in trouble again?"
While my Dad and Tom were talking I turned around and saw the many people fighting with swords, daggers and other weapons. I pinched my arm. Maybe I was dreaming after all.

"You're definitely not dreaming, trust me. Welcome to Camp Half blood, Niela", a deep voice behind me said. I turned around to see a centaur. "Who are you?", I asked. If he said Chiron I was definetiley dreaming - I made sketch on him just yesterday.

"I am Chiron. Before you came I already trained both you Father and Tom. I know many things are confusing to you right now, but you will understand later.
"Hecate is your godly parent - You are one of her children and thus a Halfblood."

I was confused. My mother was dead - or at least I always assumed she would be. Dad never really said she was dead, but when I asked him about my mother, he always told me she left quite some time ago, and that he deeply missed her. But maybe leaving didn't stand for dying, but rather going back to Greek goddess activities. If in fact all of the Myths around the Greek Gods and Goddesses were true, many things would start to make sense. My freaky powers, the accidents through out my school life, the Monsters... but how did I know for sure? I wanted to believe it, but what teenager with common sense actually believed and did everything people told them?

Exactly. No Teenager would do that.

"Is there any proof for this being, well, real?" Chiron smiled. "Mr. D's full name is Dionysus. And Dionysus is the god of wine. You can go and talk to him if you want."

"Uh sir?", I asked unsure what to say. Should I bow? He was supposedly a god after all.

"Yes?"

"So, Chiron told me that you're Dionysos, the god of wine, and I just wanted to ask if you could -I don't know- do something-"

"You want me to prove to you that I'm a god?" He took his Sunglasses off and I saw his eyes - violet fire. He put his Sunglasses back on. "Is that enough?"

I gulped.

"Yes Sir. I'm sorry."

I shouldn't have asked.

"I would appreciate if you would stop scaring my daughter, Mr. D.", Dad said.
Mr. D looked pissed and answered something about dolphins, but I wasn't listening anymore, because I spotted a certain person. I rubbed my eyes.
Why the hell was Alicia here?

It turned out that Alicia was somehow related to Ares - I guessed her father was a son of Ares, since I couldn't see her mother anywhere. The fact that she was here meant that I was going to be the freak here all over again - which was ironic because technically all of the kids here were 'freaks'. I was just going to be the one that caused an eight year old to break her leg, the one who killed her innocent teacher with voodoo magic (it seriously was an accident though) and many more thing that I just didn't want to say. What got on my nerves even more, was how affected I was by this. One would think that I learned my lesson after getting used to Alicia not bothering me too much for a few months, but no, I made the same mistake  all over again; I got used to the thought of Alicia not being here and was surprised when she appeared to be here again. Hopefully she wouldn't go around and insult my father behind his back. With her father around it wouldn't be as easy as usual, so there was hope.

After getting an exclusive tour around the camp from Tom, we had dinner. Out of some reason, all of this - the food for the gods, the magic that protected the camp from bad weather and the fact that Dionysus was sitting somewhere in the corner, sipping some cola light - seemed normal now. It wasn't strange and weird anymore.
I was introduced to my Hecate siblings, but before I could even start an awkward conversation with them, Chiron called me.

He told me of the reason for Dad's illness : a curse from Khione, the goddess of snow.
