Once upon a morning...
I woke up for prayer
Later stood gazing sky's foyer
I wonder how its wonders
went unnoticed thus
Ofcourse one of the blunders
is ignoring the nature's fresh fuss !
I catch a brief keen look
At an ever slow passing cloud
Each resemble a book
beast,human and angel in a crowd !
The super soothe morning breeze
Hits the tides of peace
The slow swaying wind sees
my locks dancing in the bliss !
My head angles to the sky up
The sight of it makes me jump
All around is a green roof top
Every leaf crowned by a dew drop !
I pray my Lord hears my yearning
of my heart song of sky's adorning
so I can wake on My Lord's warning
to sing "Once Upon A Morning ...
Once Upon A Morning..."
