Wheatley of Oz

Chapter 1

I would first off like to start by saying go read DoodleGeek 's Portal fanfiction Wheatley's Return. Its much better than this.

Wheatley was floating through space. He's been floating through space for years now, never seeing anything other than himself, the stars, and Spacecore.

"Spaaaaaaaaaaaaaace!"

If Wheatley had two eyes he would have rolled them. That's all Spacecore ever talked about. Space. Wheatley sighs.

"I wish I could go home. To Aperture. Or at least earth. Then I could find that nice lady and apologize."

Wheatley knee his wish might never become true. But he could still wish.

"What a pretty Star!"

Wheatley looked at what Spacecore was talking about. And it wasn't a Star.

"A spaceship! A real live spaceship! We can go home!" Wheatley cries.

Spacecore looks sad. Well, as sad as a robot could look.

"Hey! Hey! Over here!"

The ship, however, doesn't stop. It whooshes right by the two cores and sends them flying.

"Wh-aaaaaaaaaaaaah!"

"Spaaaaaaaaaace!"

Wheatley feels his systems malfunction and the blue of his eye shut down.
