"Dawn, Layla's here!" Dawn's mom yelled
"Give me a second!" Dawn yelled back
"Hurry up Dawn I wanna get to Griffin park so we can get set up before dark!" Layla yelled while walking in the house
Layla is 16 years old, has blonde hair with blue strips, green eyes, and has a smile that lights up the night.
"Ok ok I'm here u can chill." Dawn said while running down the stairs
Dawn is 17 years old, has black hair with purple strips, blue eyes, and a smile that also lights up the night.
"Have fun." Dawn's mom said to the girls
"We will." They said at the same time
They left the house at 8:00 and arrived at Griffin park at 12:00. They got finished setting up their tent and putting their things in the tent at 1:00, then they ate.
"I wonder why they call it Griffin park?" Layla said while putting the food up
"Maybe because they want to." Dawn answered
"They have to have a reason." Layla said
"They don't have too."
"Yeah but they like to name them after things"
"True" Dawn said agreeing
"The world may never know." Layla said while laughing
"You got that right." Dawn said while joining in
That night Layla woke up to a branch cracking, she peeked out the tent and saw nothing so she went back to bed.
"Rise in shine sleepy head." Dawn said to Layla
"Did you here that noise last night?" Layla asked while yawning and stretching
"No, what noise?" Dawn asked
"A branch cracked last night, I saw nothing."
"Oh, and that's weird you should have at least seen a shadow."
"I know but I saw nothing."
"Hmm, anyway let's go hiking." Dawn said
"I gotta eat first."
"I got your food right here, you can eat while we hike" Dawn said while showing Layla the sandwich
"Ok, let's go." Layla said while taking the sandwich
When they were walking they heard a loud noise, they looked around but there was nothing...
"That's wierd ." Dawn said
"Right, thats what happened last night, just with a branch cracking." Layla said
"Whatever it is, it moves fast and it's following us."
They got to the end of the hiking trail, they turned around and saw an odd tail.
"What was that?" Layla said freaking out
"I don't know, we need to go though, as fast as we can." Dawn answered
They ran as fast as they could until they got back to their tent, when they got to the tent they saw a raccoon in the tent stealing their food.
"That little thief!" Layla yelled
"Just our luck." Dawn said with annoyance
They chased the raccoon out of the tent, luckily it hadn't been in there long and they still had food.
