Chapter 13☙

JaeEun's POV

Couple days later (Saturday)

I slowly open my eyes as the rays of the brights sun hit my face. Blinking a couple time to see clearly, then getting up and realizing I was on the floor next to my bed.

'How the hell did I get here?'

I shook off my lousy thoughts and walked to the bathroom. I got dressed and put a bit of makeup on since Jungkook wanted to go out for breakfast with me. It's or a date or anything, just eating food with a friend.

I wore a baby pink striped sweater and a plain white skirt. I decided to wear one of my gray, metallic-like Adidas all-stars, with pink socks.

My phone suddenly rang and I picked it up from the charger, to see it showing Jungkook's name.

Hey... Are you ready?

Jungkook
Yup! I'm in my car so just come down.

Me
Arraso, I'll be there in a minute.

"Beep!Beep!Beep!"

I quickly grabbed my bag and went out of my apartment building, and to the parking lot. I saw Jungkook standing near his car with his hands in his pockets. I couldn't help but stare at him as I walked closer.

He was wearing a red and black striped turtleneck with a demon jean jacket on top. He wore skinny jeans and orange-ish timberlands.

'Damn! He is so fine- what the hell is wrong with me? I need to stop letting my emotions get the best of me before I saw something I shouldn't.'

"Hey!"

A voice knocked me out of my trance. I mentally cleared my mind and looked at Jungkook, who was waving his hand in excitement.

"Hi, Jungkook! What's up?" I asked in response while standing in front of him.

He smiled and stood up from the car and went around to the other side. "Nothing, but let's go now. Get in."

I opened the passenger seat door and got in. Jungkook buckled his seat belt and so did I.
(I'm not going to put that cliché part where he comes close to her and buckles her belt and she thinks he will kiss her. -_-)

He drove off to the café, and the weather was beautiful so I rolled down the window. The blossom trees on the side of the road were hovering over us, creating beams of sunlight to come through the little cracks.

I stuck my hand out the window, catching the spring breeze in my palm. "You know your hand is going to be cut off if you stick it out more." I look over to my left where Jungkook had his eyes on the road. I chuckled a little before bringing my hand back into the car.

"Very funny, Mr. Joker~ I'm just enjoying the nice weather, but you're always the party pooper, aren't you?" I scoffed jokingly.

We arrived at the cafe after about 10 minutes. It was a little place on a solitary road, yet something about it was peaceful. Jungkook parked his car right in front of the store since there wasn't anyone there except for a small black Toyota. I got off the car and made my way into the café. The store was small yet cozy, and the smell of coffee and baked good filled my noes making me close my eyes in delight. I opened them back again and turned around to where Jungkook was standing.
