Chapter 26☙ [End]

Jungkook's POV

I opened my eyes and immediately realized I was in the hospital. As I slowly got up, I felt a pain in the right side of my chest. Thinking of what caused it, my eyes shot open at the realization of what happened and I thought of JaeEun.

I quickly stood up in my feet and groaned at the pain but I was too determined. So ignoring the pain and walked out of the hospital room. My mind was set on JaeEun and JaeEun only. If she was ok.

I walked to the first counter I saw that had staff. "Excuse me! Can you please tell me if a girl with the name Lee JaeEun is here?" I asked frantically.

The lady looked at me in thought for a moment but then said. "I think that she was just discharged. But let me double check-"

Before she could tell me for sure or not, I ran off towards the exit of the hospital. As I saw that the elevator was full, I ran towards the stairs and as soon as I went down them I almost fell down due to the excruciating pain in my chest.

"Ugghh, fuck." I groaned in pain.

I grabbed on to the railing and slowly walked down the stairs, without caring if I had to walk even 20 flights of stairs. Yet after about 10 flights, I knew I couldn't walk this much more, so I got into the building and went into the elevator and went down to the ground floor.

Once the door opened I quickly ran, or as I could speed walk, to the entrance of the hospital. As I looked around to see if JaeEun was anywhere, my eyes stopped at the sight of JaeEun getting into a car.

I quickly go to her and take her into my embrace from the back, which startled her. "JaeEun! Thank goodness your ok!!" I yelled with joy.

She turned around with a shocked face and said. "What- how- w-when did you wake up?! I just saw you like 30 minutes ago and you were still unconscious! And why are you down here in your hospital clothes?! You should be-"

I cut her off by cupping both of her cheeks and placing my lips on hers. We kissed for about 20 seconds before I pulled away to see her shocked face and rosy red cheeks.

"What the f-!" I quickly pecked her lips again making her shut up in utter shock.

I then pulled her into a hug and whispered into her ear. "I think I love you Lee JaeEun~"

A year and a half later

"JaeEun! Hurry it's about to start!" I yelled from the living room to JaeEun who was in the kitchen getting the snacks.

"Coming!!" I hear her yell back.

It had been a year since that moment I confessed to her outside the hospital and our lives have changed drastically ever since.

Me and JaeEun started dating and everything just fell back to normal- well better than normal. JaeEun and I had recovered fully and we worked at Ryu Spy agency once again. Jimin has shut his uncle's whole company down for good and has started his own little business by himself.

I had bought a small house and me and JaeEun moved in together. Right now we were having a K- drama marathon and were watching Goblin at the moment.

A minute passed and I saw JaeEun running towards me with the bowl of popcorn. She jumped into the couch maligning sure the popcorn wouldn't spill and smuggled into me. I chuckled a bit kissed the top of her head.

She pulled away, looked at me with widened eyes, and started laughing. "HA HA! You lost!!" She said and my eyes widened as well.

I had totally forgotten about the bet we made yesterday. We couldn't kiss each other in any way for 48 hours, and the loser would get a punishment made by the winner.

I pouted. "Please don't make it a bad punishment." I pleadingly said to her as JaeEun squinted her eyes and puckered put her lips, thinking of a punishment for me.

Her eyes then softened at my plead and smiled a little bit, snuggling back into me. "Your punishment is that you have to kiss me 5 times every hour!" JaeEun declared. 

I laughed a little at her choice of punishment and looked at the time. "Ok, right now it's 3:16 so I'll start now- wait how long will this punishment last?" I asked with an amused smile.

She puckered her lips and squinted her eyes again in thought with her finger on her lips. "Umm... 48 hours!" She exclaimed.

I then planted 5 kisses all over her face and the last one on her lips.

"I love you."

"I love you too~"
