Chapter 3

Jodis POV

I saw Ayanna and she was a total stunner as always. Like I was honestly considering not going with her ,because I thought everyone would just stare at her. but it was whateves. We walked down the street and got In a cab and the man driving the cab seemed a little behind.

I swear this kid has like dark black shiny hair and it was like greased back and it was like really long,like the length of my hair, and mine is halfway down my back. He was real slick and skinny and like had that "I don't care" , and that "I don't want to be at my job right now" attitude, but it was the first cab we founds so I was like we will just had to deal with him.

We got in the car and I couldn't bear the smell of smoke. I know Ayanna couldn't either so she said, "Can we open the window, I am feeling sick?" But I can tell she didn't want to smell like an ashtray ,because you know what a turn on. 

"The window, no," he said.

"Wait what," I asked confused?

"You can't let bugs into my car like that," he explained.

"Well you can't let your smokey car sent get all over me."

Perfect another thing to worry about,smelling like a literal ashtray in front of the boys, ugh.

The man lit a cigarette ,and I automatically opened a window. He gave me a death stare but just glanced away. And after a ride that seemed to last forever we arrived 10 blocks from the venue.

"This is your stop," the driver said.

"Wait this isn't the venue," I said.

"I am not driving you to venue, leave my car, good day."

So Ayanna and I got outta the car and paid him. I was so relieved we got her 6 hours early. So we went for a walk and tried to air out a little. We found a little Shop/perfume/body-wash shop and figured we should stop. We walked across the street and right into the tiny shop.

"Good Morning Lovely ladies, I am Leah. Can I assist you?"

"The cab driver was smoking and now I am the walking ash tray," I said.

"Indeed I can smell that. You too look very nice ,did you have somewhere you wanted to be?"

"Uhm yeah, we wanted to go to meet-up," I said.

"Oh course!!! I shoulda known!! I'll let you use our bathroom to clean-up, you will leave here fresher then a dozen daisies."

"THANK YOU SO MUCH!"

She handed us a ton of different things and said use this and pointed to a backroom and so we did as instructed and I think the sent went away or I know at least lessened greatly.

We walked to the front counter ,"How much?"

"Awe sweetie don't worry about it. Just have fun, okay?"

"Literally love you!!" We both hugged her and waved bye on our way out. We slowly made our way to the venue. We know we should have stopped for food ,but we were way to nervous to eat a thing.

We got here like way too early. I am honestly confused why no one else is here. Ayanna and I sat on the ground and just made small conversation about today ,and I took out my phone and checked my recent text messages and went on twitter. I sent out a quick tweet that said , "The wait is on!" and tagged the boys. Then a car drove by. They stopped and rolled down the window and there I saw Cameron, Nash, Hayes, and Carter. OMG I trying not to have a mentle breakdown.

"Hey are you guys here for the event," Cam asked so politely?

"Yes, we are!"

"Come in, Come hang with us," Carter says as he was like nugging Hayes.

"Sounds great," Ayanna said as we stood up and got into the car. I sat in between Carter and Hayes ,and Carter kept trying to push me into Hayes. I kinda just laughed.

Hayes POV

We were driving by the venue just to see what was happening and what we were up against. For some reason two girls were standing there. Not even standing sitting there on the ground, by themselves. I got a closer look and I thought the one was pretty. But, I was mesmerized the one girl was beyond beautiful. I even said it out loud on accident, "Holy! She is hot!" And then Can said , "Who?"

I pointed to the one on her phone, in the tight dress. And The boys all winked and said things like , "We gotchu."  And then we stopped and talked to them but I didn't catch a word now all I know is this beautiful girl is next to me. I don't know what to do. I want to fangirl,  but I want to have a chance. I didn't know if I should talk to her or what. But Carter kept pushing her into me and I guess that was a sign to make a move.

"Hey, I am Hayes," I grinned and blushed as I said that.

"Hey Hayes! I am Jodi." As she said that she smiling showing a smile that was actually on point.

"I love your name. And your smile. And your voice," It slipped. I regretted it. I was gonna play it off cool.

"Awe thanks! You're name is one in a million! Your smile is so cute! And your voice makes me happy!" The fact She said that made me so happy. I could tell I was blushing uncontrollably. She really was beautiful in so many ways.

We got to the hotel ,and I gave her a hand out of the car. We got to the room ,and we sat down.

"Let's play a game," Cam said.

"Like what," Ayanna asked?

"uh...truth or dare??"

"YAS," Jodi said!!

"I want to start," Nash said!

Everyone agreed.

"Hayes, truth or dare," Nash asked?

I knew a dare would be to like kiss Jodi. So i said , "Truth."

"Okay honest opinion. Who do you like more Ayanna or Jodi. And honest opinion on her."

Well crap. "I think Ayanna is really pretty and seems cool ,but like I kinda like Jodi sorta. Sorta means a lot. I can't describe it ,but she is really perfect and there is just something about her."

Everyone awed and her face lite up and I smiled to see her so happy.

Then Aaron and Taylor walk in.
