Albus Dumbledore stood to welcome the students back to another year at Hogwarts. He had sat patiently through the sorting of the new students and was mentally preparing his start of the year speech. When the boy-who-lived (Alex) had been sorted into Gryffindor five years ago, he had mentally congratulated himself. Thank goodness, the boy's twin Harry hadn't shown up! If that had happened, he would have had to explain to the whole school that there was another Potter that no one had ever heard about. This year however, there was going to be safety precautions put in place to ensure none of the students were in harm's way. No matter what some people said, he truly did care about his students and would be deeply saddened if any of them were to be hurt by something he could have prevented. Little did he know, he was about to cause some major problems.

"Welcome old and returning students! Many of you may have heard about the rising threat know as Lord Voldemort," Albus waited for the gasps to subside before continuing, "and so for the safety of all of you, I have enlisted the help of the group that call themselves, The Phoenix." And with that, the doors to the Great hall burst open and in strolled two figures, both wearing identical leather clothing. The only way you could tell them apart was the colour of their hair. One had vibrant green hair and the other had blood red hair. They looked around and turned to face each other. The green haired one turned to the red haired one and sighed,

"Flare? Do you know where Blizzard is? He said he would bring my extra ammo." The one called Flare just glared and replied,

"Really Talon? Is that all you can think about? You and your ammo?" Flare sneered but before Talon could reply, a guy with black hair and purple streaks walked in from behind them.

"Really Flare? You had to bring me into this?" he sighed, taking off his glasses to rub the bridge of his nose, then replacing them. A gasp could be heard from the teacher's table but before anything could be said, Talon turned around to face the guy called Blizzard.

"Blizzard!" he whined, "I thought you would be on my side in this!"

"I'm not taking sides! I just state the facts in this petty argument!"

Once again, the doors opened and a another male walked in, standing next to Blizzard and holding one of his hands. Someone from the Slytherin table jeered and a dagger flew from Blizzard's position towards the offenders. He didn't even turn round to throw it. The only sound that could heard was the breath of the leather clad group. A panther prowled from the shadows, then turned into a younger looking girl with bright red hair. Finally, a fire lit up in the corner of the room and a male, who was obviously the leader, walked out.

"Recon 2 report!" At this Draco Malfoy stood up, as did five or six others.

"Well..."

"Spit it out Dragon!"

"Um... Phoenix... We got caught..." At this Phoenix burst out laughing and finally managed to get out,

"You got found? By Dumbledore's 'Golden Boy'?" Draco nodded, looking at his shoes sheepishly. The rest of the group also started to laugh, as if the thought of it was so ridiculous it shouldn't have happened. At this, Draco turned a bright red and Phoenix smiled lightly.

"Hey!" From up on the head table, Lily Potter turned to Phoenix, "Who are you to insult my son?"

"I think that it's time for some introductions, don't you?" Phoenix sneered as if the fact he had to talk to someone who wouldn't give him respect was the worst thing about the whole ordeal. And in the minds of the leather clad group, she wasn't. Her actions were horrible and many of them despised her.
