Percy Jackson Meets The MCU

Okay that's not actually the whole note. Hello! How's life? I hope it's pretty good. If it isn't, my DMs are always open if you wanna talk.

Soooo if you couldn't already tell, this is a Percy Jackson and the MCU crossover book (as you can see from the title). So I've been looking for good Percy Jackson / The Avengers crossover books lately and I've noticed that most of the good ones have Percy all alone with serious mental problems and/or PTSD. Now, I'm not saying my story will be any good, but I'm gonna try to make a good crossover story in which Percy is not a sad little depressed bb (no that's not a typo).

Quick list of things that I have seen that I will not do:

• Have Percy be alone and depressed (see above)

• Have Natasha be a Hunter of Artemis

• Have Thor know all about Percy and be a little fangirl about it

• Have the HoO gang literally join the Avengers for no particular reason other than 'the gods told us to' or 'there is a threat and we need to team up'

• Change the end of BoO so that almost everyone is dead

This book picks up a month after the end of BoO. There will be some substantial time skips because I want to make it as realistic as possible, and they can't be off saving the world during school hours. The ENTIRE cast of the HoO series is alive. I haven't read ToA yet, so none of whatever happens in there will be mentioned except little things that have been leaked to me. For example, Percy goes to AHS, he's going to have a little sister, Solangelo, etc etc. I'm sorry if Leo's return is different in the books, but this is what I'm doing so deal with it.

This book will include some characters from the MCU which are not currently on the Avengers. Try not to think about tinelines too much. It literally makes no sense. Just pretend this takes place in 2018, and Captain America: Civil War has happened but they're still together (there will be tension). If there are spoilers for a recent movie (Black Panther, for example), I will let you know. Up to date knowledge of the MCU is recommended though.
