A/N: Btw, all the Romans have gone back to Camp Jupiter by this time.
Piper POV
"You can't possibly know that," Annabeth argued as we walked over to the amphitheater for the sing along.
"Oh but I do, dear Annabeth," Connor replied. "You see, Travis may act like he's ready to be rid of this place, but we've been year-rounders for too long. A/N: I'm sorry if that's inaccurate. Trust me, he'll be visiting long before winter break."
"But how do you know? There's no evidence to support that conclusion," Annabeth fired back. I rolled my eyes. Oh Annabeth, always so logical.
"Oh really?" Connor challenged, laughing slightly. "Exhibit A". He pointed over to a group of Demeter girls talking. They seemed to be consoling a fairly distraught Katie Gardner.
Annabeth's eyes went wide as she said, "Ohhhhhh," holding out the 'o' sound for a really long time. "Okay, I would say that's sufficient evidence to conclude that he'll be back."
Percy decided this was the perfect time to cut in.
He gasped. "Did Annabeth Chase just admit that she was wrong?" he said dramatically with his hand on his chest like he was in shock.
"No, Seaweed Brain, I did not. I admitted that I overlooked that possibility," she lectured. "Two completely different things."
He shrugged. "If you say so."
"I do sa- ah!"
She didn't get to finish her sentence because Percy charged and threw her over his shoulder.
"Fellow couples! Last pair there's a rotten egg!" he screamed as he started running towards the amphitheater.
"C'mon Neeks. Let's do this," Will said, gesturing for Nico to get onto his back.
Nico stared at him for a few long seconds before deadpanning, "No."
Will sighed and shrugged. "It was worth a try. Let's go." And with that, he grabbed Nico's hand and started off towards the amphitheater, dragging a blushing son of Hades along with him.
I, on the other hand, was all for it. "Alright Jason, hunch down," I started, rubbing my hands together excitedly.
"Your wish is my command," he replied compliantly. He knew better by then not to question my enthusiasm for couple-y things like this. I may not seem like it most of the time, but I am still a daughter of Aphrodite.
As soon as I hopped onto his back, he started running toward Percy and Annabeth, who were already almost there.
When we finally reached them, they had been standing there making lovey-dovey eyes at each other for a good minute and a half. We were the first ones there, seeing as how nobody else was in the mood to expend energy when it wasn't necessary.
I got down from Jason's back and looked around. Everybody else was still just casually stroking down the hill. I turned to talk to Anna beth when I heard a shout coming from the shore. I snapped my head towards the sound and saw...wait for it....
Leo Valdez
There he was, standing at the shore, shouting and waving at us. And he wasn't alone.
Standing next to him was a beautiful girl with her silky brown hair done into an intricate braid. But she wasn't just standing there, she was holding his hand.
