A few weeks had passed uneventful for (Y/N). After all the injuries she received while on the mission T'Chaka forced her to rest. Two broken ribs, sprained ankle, numerous cuts and bruises, and a minor concussion. They all excepted worse but to everyone's relief it wasn't. Shuri dragged (Y/N) to her lab and had her do what she could.

One day while they were working (Y/N) became suddenly very light headed. She tried taking a few deep breaths hoping it would pass but it didn't. She placed her hand on an object she thought would support her weight but she was wrong. It gave out and she collapsed to the ground everything going black.

(Y/N) could hear the shouts and voices around her but she felt like she was floating in the darkness. She opened her eyes and it seemed as the darkness started to change into a glass cell. Someone banged against the glass and she jumped. The voices were still coming in muffled so she couldn't hear what the voices were saying. The man however standing in front of her had hair almost as black as her fur.

"Who are you?" She muttered. The man tensed before turning to look at her.

"I am Loki. Who are you? How did you get in here?" The man said.

"Loki of Asgard? I am (Y/N) descendant of Kellan. I have no idea where "here" is exactly." She said.

"You are above New York. Interesting, Kellan I knew before she was outcasted. I didn't think any of her descendants would still be around. If they are that means you have something I want." Loki said taking a few steps towards her.

"You wouldn't even be able to find my actual body." She hissed. Loki reached out to grab her and his hand went right through her. He looked at her in annoyance.

"It would be much easier for me if you would come out of hiding." He said smirking at her slightly.

"You speak as if you are hunting me." She said.

"No. Not yet once I take over the world I will be."

"You are imprisoned. How do you expect to win from here?" She asked amused.

"Because I won't be here for much longer. You won't remain hidden for long." He said with a laugh.

"No one knows exactly where I am not even you. Where Kellan ended up when she fell was never revealed to anyone." His smirk dropped when she spoke. "You never realized this did you?" His silence spoke for him.

"You're starting to fade." He said watching her.

"I'm most likely returning to my body." Everything went black and she looked around it remained black. Voices came from the dark it was her own voice.

"Vengeance consumes you. You are allowing it to take over your body, your mind, your vision... Your heart." Her voice spoke from her right.

"How could you defend the man who kill Utata?" It was T'Challa's voice coming from her left.

"I'm not trying to defend him. I just want you to ensure your eyes, ears, and soul is open to every possibility. The moment we stop allowing ourself to see both sides is the moment we become as bad as our enemies." She said.

"My vision is clear." T'Challa huffed.

"But your soul is clouded." She spoke softly. "Your judgment is impaired."

"No it's not! I am dealing with something and you are turning it into nothing! As my soulmate I would expect you to feel and understand my pain!" T'Challa yelled. He never yells at her.

"I can feel your pain and I'm not trying to turn it into nothing. I'm trying to keep you from doing something you will regret-" She was trying to be the calm one.
