nine + ten

  (Nine + Ten - Chaos and Mischief)

   

Nixie held an ice pack to Sweet Pea's eye as he layed back on her bed. "Its gonna be a gnarly black eye." She muttered to him

    "Yeah, I just wasn't expecting him to throw the first punch. I was literally just about to punch that stupid stale end piece of-"

    He let out a loud sigh and took the ice pack from Nixie's hold and sat it on the bedside table. "I was actually looking forward to you kicking his ass." she muttered and crossed her arms over her chest. "Anywho, you want me to drive you home? Or you can stay in a guest room."

    "You inviting me to sleep at casa la Nixie?" Sweet Pea said with a cheeky smile.

     "Sweetie Pie if I deliberately wanted you here you wouldn't be sleeping in a guest bedroom." She gave him a wink and then walked out the door hollering, "Come on Sweet Pea we don't have all night I need my sleep or I'm gonna have shopping bags under my eyes."

    The next morning Sweet Pea and Toni watched as Nixie stomped up to Jughead with an angered look on her face. "Forsythe Pendleton Jones the Third." her voice was a loud whisper but the motherly snap Nixie had in her tone startled Jughead.

    "N-Nixie? What's wrong?" Nixie was now almost face to face-chest- with Jughead and her hazel eyes glared up at him.

    "I warned you to tell your best bud, Archibald, to be careful. And I feel like you didn't even warn him, so when he came here and caused a fight between your snake buddies, I expected you to be the one to stop him." She took a deep breath and then slammed a newspaper clip into his chesy, "And your girlfriends mother needs to get her facts straight. Or so help me God if a mob of angry snakes don't strike. I will."

    Nixie turned on her heel and stomped a way walking past the small gathering of Serpents. "Hey Blu-"

    "Shut up." Nixie snapped as Sweet Pea tried to call out to her.

    When she was finally out of view Sweet Pea sent all his friends a wide grin, "The was freaking hot."

I was gonna stop here and started on chapter ten but I decided to continue with it so enjoy two-ish updates.

(Little bit of language sorry)

    "I could kill him." Nixie snapped as she stood next to Sweet Pea and Fangs. It had been a few hours since her little confrontation to Jughead and she was still livid. "Do you think I could take him?"

    "I'm gonna go..." Fangs muttered as he shuffled away, leaving Nixie and Sweet Pea alone in the bleachers of the gym.

    "I could beat his ass."

    "I don't know Nix, but if you ever need help I'm here." Sweet Pea said with a smile, "Just one easy payment of.... A kiss!"

    "I'm better off. Besides; we do not harm Jughead because it'll hard Bughead."

    "What the hell is a 'bughead'?" Sweet Pea asked incredulously.

    Nixie slapped his shoulder, "Its Betty and Jughead. And from now on that's sacred rule." Sweet Pea rolled his eyes. "Now-" the bell rang making Nixie let give a big smile. "Yes!"

   

    When they reached their lockers and just finished placing their things away Nixie couldn't help but feel something was wrong. Sweet Pea who was beside her was fixing his jacket and not noticing a familiar, cheap shot, read head and a certain boy in a beanie running by.

    And then the police arrived and started arresting Snakes. When Sheriff Keller grabbed Sweet Pea and was moving to cuff hum Nixie stood in.

    "Hey. What the hell do you think your doing?" She said slightly blocking him from Sweet Pea. "He had done nothing wrong: none of these minors have."

    "Back off young lady or you'll be going down as well."

    "Like hell I will," Nixie hated what she was about to do, "Do you know who my parents are? Do you know what young lady your addressing?"

    "No I dont, and if you knew I'm an officer and I have the right to arrest you. So I suggest you calm down before you join your scum friends."

    "Scu-"

    "Shut up." Nixie hissed to Sweet Pea. "My parents just so happen to be the ones who keep this shotty town in business. The Parton just so happne to be my parents."

     The man's eyes widened considerably. "I'm sorry but I have higher orders from Mayer McCoy." The man looked her up and down, "But I'm sorry I can't release your friends, but I won't arrest you."

    "I don't understand."

    "If I don't arrest you, your parents and I have no problem."
   

 

    "Fuck that!" Nixie said and then launched a fist into the officer's face.

I also hate this one and will probably (not) edit it.

And also in the future there will be more updates like this and my udating schedule has changed due to school I will post one or two chapter every Friday.
