(Twenty - The End)

    Nixie was in the motel room packing up the last of their things when someone phoned her. With a confused glance she started to make her way across the room to her phone. As she went to pick up the phone but it stopped ringing.

    With a shrug she turned to walk away but she didn't get far when her phone let out a soft 'ping'. She turned her phone on and went to her messages. She had a text from an unknown number, the were obviously from Riverdale because of the area code.

    She opened the text and nearly dropped her phone. Quick my setting her phone down she grabbed her car keys and rushed to the door.

    Outside taped to the door was a letter, the letter said the same thing as the text.

    What does it feel like living with a family of sinners? Watch your back, Nixella.

    Sweet Pea rushed out of the Whyte Wrym to where a nervous Nixie was waiting. "What's wrong? Topanga said you were freaking out."

    "A note. He's been watching me, Sweets, not just me but my family." Nixie pulled him into a hug. "An-And if he's watching me, he's had his eye on you. And I would die before I let anything happen to yo-"

    "Blue, calm down. It was probably just some sick joke, sure your family has done some bad things but he would target you, okay? Its not him." He tried to comfort her. Nixie shook her head and looked around suspiciously before biting her lip and closing her eyes tight.

    "No. Sweet Pea, I swear it is him. I am terrified. I-I, I'm going home tonight instead of tomorrow, I already called my dad and my bags are in the car." Nixie's eyes widened. "I left my phone at the freaking motel."

    "Nixie. Hey how about you come inside for a minute and sit down." Hesitantly she nodded and took his outstretched hand.

    The next few days were normal until the school got an announcement that South Side High would be closing down.

    Everyone was excited. Everyone except Nixie, since the note she had been on edge and moving to the North side where most of the bad things happen with the black hood she was fine staying at a school where the bathrooms had no doors.

   

    The first day at Riverdale High was the worse. Nixie's night before was filled with nightmares so she was tired in the morning. Then her parents were actually home that morning so breakfast was spent receiving glares from her mom.

   Sweet Pea picked her up that morning and the two drove to school on his motorcycle. "I hate this thing still, I'll have to walk next time. Or drive but I don't really trust myself driving." She whispered the last part as they walked up to where the rest of South Side students.

    Sweet Pea  grabbed her hand and placed a light kiss on it. "Still having trouble sleeping? You could always come to my trailer and spend the night with me."

    Nixie gave him a small smile before leaning over and placing a kiss on his lips, "Its fine, but if it gets worse ill let you sleep with me."

    "Moving so fast, Nixie?" Fangs joked and slung an arm around Nixie and Sweet Pea's shoulders.

    "The bell is gonna ring lets go." Topanga said with sigh.

    When they entered Riverdale's very own Veronica Lodge was there to greet them along with Archie, Betty, and a few others.

    Nixie didn't really listen, to be honest she was kind of dozing off, just what caught her attention and sprung her away was when a new voice popped up. A beautiful red head walked down the stairs followed by one of the bulldogs from the fight between North and South, as well and some cheerleaders.

    The red head, Cheryl Blossom, had started to say some rude stuff and it got Sweet Pea and Toni riled up. Some serpents went to step forward but Jughead pushed them back.

    When Nixie took a step forward Sweet Pea and Jughead grabbed her, "What? I just want to say something." Sweet Pea and Jughead hesitantly let her go and she walked forward to where Cheryl was.

    "I'm sorry, I can't be near snakes. My momma raised me better." Cheryl said giving her a glare.

    With narrowed eyes Nixie inched closer so she looked right into Cheryl's eyes. "You listen here you over-privileged evil little cockroach, the people standing in front of you have done nothing wrong. Some may be serpents, white trash, and just plain old horrid but the are human. And with their downsides come the wonderful things.

    "I know all of them are kind, stick up for one another, and you know why?" Cheryl's glare faltered a little, "They are family, my family. And if you-" Nixie sent a look to the bulldogs next to Cheryl a look, "Any of you want to do anything- speak now or their will be hell."

    She glares at the whole group of northsiders and then turned on her heel and marched over to Sweet Pea and resided under his arm.

    "Its gonna be fine." Sweet Pea leaned down and whispered as he placed a kiss on Nixie's cheek.

    "I know it will. I also know, I want to be a serpent."
