(Nineteen - Feel The Love)

    It had been a few weeks since Jughead became a serpent and things at school had gotten strange. Betty kept Nixie informed about the Blackhood and Nixie is happy to say she went to her first illegal street race and watched as Jughead and the red devil, Archie, show the Ghoulies whose boss.

    Tonight Jughead's dad was released from prison and the serpents were throwing a little retiring party for him and Sweet Pea invited Nixie to go with him.

    The two were currently sitting quietly at the back when Jughead announced that Veronica Lodge and Archie Andrews were going to perform a cover of the song 'Mad World'. When they got on stage and the music started to play the two started.

    Halfway through the song Veronica dashed from the stage and Archie followed behind. "Momma smells Drama." Nixie whispered to Sweet Pea as she scooted closer to him, she was practially sitting on his lap, and listened to the people booing.

    The boos stopped when Betty got to the stage. She started singing and the song seemed innocent and then suddenly Betty started to sway her hips and then her shirt was on the floor.

    Feeling a uncomfortable she looked over at Sweet Pea to see his eyes glued to Betty. Nixie let out a little scoff and covered his eyes. Sweet Pea slapped her hand off his eyes. "Hey I was being polite."

    "Okay. Ill be polite." Nixie got off his lap and stood up. "You are sleeping on the floor." She then yanked the serpent jacket he placed around her shoulders to keep her warm and walked over to where Betty was just getting off the stage.

    "Thanks." Betty mumbled as she shrugged the jacket on. Nixie gave her shut and made an exit to the door.

    When she was outside she heard foot steps. "Nixie!" She sped up a bit towards her car, she picked it up from her parents last week, to get away. "Blue!"

    "What?"She muttered when he grabbed her shoulder and turned her toward a him.

    "Nixie it was a joke, I only have eyes for y-"

    Sweet Pea was cut off my Nixie's ringtone, which happened to be the Sherlock credit song, on her iPhone.

    "Hello?" Nixie answered mouthing 'mom' to Sweet Pea. "Mhm. Yeah. No. No, I don't want to." a few minutes of listening Nixie let out a scoff and hung up the phone.

    "What did they want?" Sweet Pea asked.

    "She wants me to come with them to a business brunch. Says I'm a good 'image' and because they 'miss me'." Nixie said with a scoff and crossed her arms.

    "I would miss you too. They love you, Nixie." Sweet Pea said as he placed a hand on her shoulder.

    "And I love you."
