When nothing unusual was happing. That was until they had heard this terrifying growling down the hall. Lin and naru went to go wake everyone up but everyone was already up. Mai and max gave each other knowing glances.
Max POV
Mai and I had gave each other knowing glance at each other when we heard that terrifying growling. It is time for us to do our work sister she had nodded in agreement so we headed to where we had heard the growling coming from. Once we were there the door slammed shut. I could hear mai boss call for her in a worried tone.
Mai POV
I had heard naru saying my name and asking if I was alright. I am fine naru then I heard a sigh of relief from every one. Now it was time for me and max to do our thing and we had started chanting in an old language.
Mai and mai POV
Nono opo ino quarto
Syinc ononono endow

After we said these words then the demon had went away.
Naru POV
After they were done they came out and looked exhausted and mai had used up so much of her energy. She had nearly passed out on to the ground before I had caught her.
Mai POV
Naru had caught me after I had almost passed out. He was telling me something but I could barely hear him since I went to dream land.
Naru POV
I was trying to tell mai what I have been keeping in for long time. That's when she had started to fall sleep.
