(Y/n) POV
(Y/n):Okay here goes nothing! *punches Cardin in the face*

Team RWBY and team JNPR were watching you facing Cardin in combat class, amazed that you were not using a weapon, but your hands and feet to fight. Of course it seems Weiss and Ruby have some confrontation you don't know much about right now but you have to focus on this fight.

Cardin:You're gonna lose here.

(Y/n):Your aura is depleting so I don't think so!

You quickly run up to him hoping to do a dive kick but it backfires as Cardin grows your foot and throws you. You hit a wall and slowly get up cleaning your normal attire.

(Y/n):You remind me of this one giant green friend I have. He also has your vocabulary which is "smash" and "pound" and "rawwwwwr". Are you two cousins?

Annoyed by your comments, Cardin charges at you with his mace but misses and you kick his back.

(Y/n):Okay ouch. That had to hurt big guy.

Cardin:Come on pipsqueak, after this you can replace Jaune as my punching bag.

(Y/n):Sorry but I like being unemployed. It means more time for Devil May Cry 4.

You initiate combat with Cardin again as you rush at him. You land 4 punches in the chest as you backflip over him and kick him onto the ground. He gets up and gets a lucky hit on you with his mace. You fall to the ground and look up to see his mace about to strike again. You roll to the right to avoid the mace as it hits the ground. Cardin rushes at you and bashes you with his shield causing you to be stunned as you get hit by the mace. You then see him swing it again but you simply jump and punch him in the face. Before he could act you also punch and kick him in the groin. That leaves his aura in the red while yours is still in the yellow.

Goodwitch:It appears that (y/n) has won the duel.

The class applauded you for your skills and how you didn't even use a weapon. You head back to your locker to change gear as the class is dismissed.

Timeskip, Lunch room

Ruby:So how can you fight like that?

(Y/n):After the explosion, the man who saved me taught me basic CQC like the kind Big Boss or Solid Snake use in the Metal Gear games. Then he moved on to Muay Thai, kickboxing, wing chun, and mixed martial arts.

Blake:But judging your fighting you didn't seem to use all the styles you explained.

(Y/n):Excellent observation Blake. It's because I took moves from all of those styles and made it my own unique kind of style of fighting. There is also the plans Ozpin has to train me soon so I will learn some new moves from him. It's because I sometimes fight sloppy and more training would help.

Yang:Oh yeah did you hear Spider-man was in a fight with that scorpion dude last night?

Weiss:Yeah I read about it on the school news website.

(Y/n):Well whatever happens, happens in Remnant. You have flaming motorcycles, a man who can turn small and big, a vigilante out to punish people, some semi-infamous blind lawyer who is good as his job, Oscorp and their shady business dealings with the Atlas government, and finally some god of fortune who drinks beer and is trying to make a shrine to be worshipped. He may or may not be a god of death.

Blake:That last one doesn't seem like the others.

(Y/n):Yeah I know. It isn't supposed to be like the others. *drinks soda* I feel beat so i'm gonna head back to the dorm and sleep.
