So how about we talk chapters? (Update #3)

Oh boy! It's April Fools and Easter? HOLY shit! Get it? Holy?

Whatever I got back from Church and everything is alright as I am back in America. We got a bunch to cover so how about we do it? I'm not gonna do a prank here since I want to be genuine.

I have all the chapters in drafts and planned out with titles, knowing what I want to do. It looks to be about 80-ish chapters.

I need to delay the Volume 2 finale for 2 reasons. The two reasons are actually two chapters which I have dubbed "Volume 2 extras". There is a little mini-story happening in those that I want to lean into another story.

This story would be a short 9 chapter story covering the events of "RWBY: Grimm Eclipse" which is a RWBY video game. I want the story to happen and have it planned out. As soon as the story is complete with all chapters, I will publish it. No updates, only publish when all chapters are done.

When the story is published, Volume 3 will begin with the first chapter already written. I also want to take more time with Volume 2's finale as I know I can write better than I did. I am starting from scratch and hoping it comes out great for all of you. I also noticed some people might skim over updates so I hope they take the time to read this.

The big reason we have 80-ish chapters is due to Volume 3. There are a bunch of chapters lined up for Volume 3 to being in a big group of villains. There's also a way I'm bending the story of Volume 3 to include some matches since I admit, I need to get better at writing action. The vacation was great but I have doubts for the future after Volume 2. I bended Volume 2 and included a bunch of stuff that people seem "meh" about. I just hope people will enjoy the enemies and goals (Y/n) will face after Volume 2 since Volume 2 extra and Volume 3 will have a character that will be changed drastically and I know there will be back-lash for the marvel character being changed.

Speaking of being changed, let's talk (Y/n) being Spider-man.

(Y/n) will soon learn about Uncle Ben's lesson from Weiss, and over time will start to become less....Blakey in a way. I started the Sorry with him being awkward, confused, angry, and just kind of a dick at times. This is due to his hard past before Remnant and he will begin to slowly crack that shell and become a better person. He did a bad thing while investigating the White fan as you remember. I got backlash for that. I got tons. I did apologize and tell them I will calm down on that and tell them to be patient with explanation coming.

(Y/n)'s past has also had some backlash as well. With people claiming it to be "the story's kind of security blanket" which makes me want to do the Origin story while this book is happening. I have finally decided that will be the case. For every chapter that comes out for this one, there will be another chapter that day for the origins book. It's time to show some detail of the backstory of (Y/n) so people know what the hell to expect from his attitude and why he acts the way he does. I want you all to expect the story to begin today with the first chapter detailing something that he did. Something very bad.

It's my first book and I take criticism very seriously so that's the reason behind it. I want people to not be confused while reading, I want them to see the full story in a way. I plan for this series I have dubbed "Connected Webs" to include lore for (Y/n), his enemies, the world of Remnant, etc.

The first chapter will be out today. I would say to expect the Volume 2 finale to be out by next week or this week. Thanks for reading the update.
