Military service: Taehyung 🌹

"So...." Your husband sweetly takes your hand in his own while handling the staring wheel with his empty one, "so?" You smile and look in his direction

He pulls your hand closer to his lips. His hot breath fans the back of your hand before he places a kiss atop it, "what are your views about your dashing husband leaving for the military service?"

You wet your lips and plaster a pretend smile on your face, "what do you think?"

"Must be amazed..... I'll get more time shopping!!" He mimics your voice making you chuckle

"Correct!" You say, "you know me so well tae..."

He smirks, "perks of being an obedient husband" he winks and parks his car by the pavement of the jeon's residence.

The jeon's happen to be one of the richest families in town and they were hosting a gala night in which even your family (in-law's fam) was called as tae's dad is a colonel and so he's pretty famous among the rich clique.

"Come on" tae turns the engine off and like any other gentleman opens the car door for you
"You look amazing..." Taehyung says as he tugs his arms into yours
"Umm.... Not as much as you" you both chuckle before entering inside.

The gathering was going perfectly fine. You were surrounded by known faces, all were just astounded by how gorgeous you looked in the dress you opted to wear for the night.

The shimmer of your dress was indeed attracting many eyes, all specifically exchanging glances at you, one of them being your dear husband's eyes as well.

You intentionally ignore your husband's gaze and busy yourself by talking with one of the high tea family members.
"Wow y/n.... That dress totally fits you. Is that Balenciaga??" Lisa, one of those 'high tea fam member' exclaims in awe

You nod and chuckle, "thanks and yeah it is Balenciaga..... Taehyung gifted it to me on our anniversary" a wave of blush hits you remembering how cute he was being that day when he had gotten this gown for you.

A special gift to a special someone he had said.

"Aghh I literally have a wardrobe full of Balenciaga but I only want this one!" Lisa whines making you both laugh

"Ladies and gentlemen" A person dressed smartly in tux walks down the stairwell as he toasts the wine glass to grasp everyone's attention, "I'm your host of the night.... Jungkook" he says with an evident smirk on his flawless face, "Welcome, thank you for joining us. You know, whenever I bring our family together like this, it's tradition for us to commence the evening with a dance."

You were mesmerized by the whole decoration that the jeons had done. The entire bungalow was looking ever so breathtakingly beautiful with all those lights and other festoonings.

"What are you thinking, luv?" Electric current runs down your spine as soon as you hear his deep voice fanning your bare shoulders

You turn around and see him smiling genuinely, "it would be rude not to dance you know...." He says as he offers his hand in front of you

You smile and accept his request, "shall we?"

Taehyung and you find your place in one corner of a canopy, all covered with flowers.
Other couples were dancing too, not  glaring or bothering anybody's business but busy in themselves which made the whole night more scenic.

Tae holds your waist with his left hand and holds your hand with his vacant one.
You both start swaying your hips slowly as the beats of the soft song consumes you both entirely

"Oh so he dances...." You say as taehyung does rhythmic moves, copying yours completely

"Well.... Now she knows" he smiles and looks at you, deeply

"Will you be able to survive without me?"

"I guess...." You say

"You sure?" He laughs

"Why would you want to mess the moment and smudge my make up hmm?"

Your husband was going on a military service tomorrow meaning he won't be back before an year's completion.
You were shattered to know this at first and no matter how much you had asked him to look put for some other job. He didn't.
Reason being his family background..... He's bred in a family where army service is looked up as being the only highly reputable job and so here he goes.....

"Ah...." He pulls your hands closer, making you drift onto his chest.
You relax your head on his chest, hips still moving ever so slowly at the beats.

"Take care of yourself. Don't miss me much.... Eat proper food and don't get bullied by anyone" you say unable to control your tears from streaming down your face

Taehyung smiles and holds you firmly, to give you a sensation of the fact that he's protecting you from all the grave dangerous that you've mentally set in your head

"Don't talk to strangers.... Don't eat stale food, have proper rest and call me whenever you get time...." You sob as you realize how strict they are when it comes to contacting family

Taehyung gulps and kisses your forehead, "anything else eomma?"

You look him in the eyes and nod, "just tell him how much you love him every night before sleeping" you say as you take his hand in yours

He looks at you with a confused expression, not being able to understand whatever you just said

"Pabo" you giggle and sniff.
You place his hands over your still-flat stomach
"Him."

Taehyung gasps, "wh...what... you.."

You nod and smile, tears falling down your face constantly

"Since when? Why didn't you tell me? How am I supposed to even think of going now?" Taehyung randomly spits out words, smile still on his angelic face

"Sshh...." You hug him, "we'll wait for you to come home"
