Chapter 21

"I told you not to bring him." I said

"He wouldn't let me leave." Sam said

"Whatever."

"Why did you come to Jake's place?" Colby said breaking the silence.

"He's one of my best friends. I don't talk about him much, but we are close."

"Oh."

"So why did you come?" I said angrily to Colby

"To bring you home."

"I'm not going home and It's your fault because you're the one who cheated on me."

"I know, but I love you. I love you more than anyone."

"I don't care I want you both to leave."

"What?" Sam said

"Sorry Sam, but you both need to leave."

"Fine."

"Wait Sam you both need to stay friends i'm not gonna be the reason you two a friendship break up."

"Okay Ella."

They left and I went into the guest room and fell into a deep sleep. I woke up to Jake. "Ella it's 11 am you should get up." So I got up. I needed to go grab a few things from the house and I was hoping Colby wouldn't be there. After I finished getting ready I got my keys and I drove back to the house. I didn't see Colby's car, I was hoping he wasn't here. I went inside quietly and grabbed a few more clothes. When I went down stairs I saw Elton.

"Hey Ella. You're back."

"Yea, but I'm leaving again so keep your voice down." 

Colby came running inside."I'm here your lives just got better." He said as he came in. "ELLA!"

"Bye Elton." I said walking past Colby and outside to my car. Colby followed me.

"Why are you so stubborn?"

"Excuse me what? You did this to me when I wasn't even cheating, but you did."

"I said I'm sorry. What can I do to make it up to you."

"Give me your phone. Unlocked."

"Fine." He unlocked his phone and handed it to me.

"Hm...Oh here she is. He name is two heart emoji's. The last thing you texted her was 'Damn last night was fun. My girlfriend found out about us. We need to stop seeing each other. I love her. Not you.' The you blocked her number."

"Yea because I love you."

"I need time to think." I was about to get in my car when I thought I was going to puke. I ran back into the house into the bathroom and threw up. I knew what might be happening so I went upstairs to talk to Devyn.

"Devyn." 

"Oh hey Ella."

"Do you have any test?"

"Actually yes, but why?"

"I just vomited out of no where like last time. Here comes another one." I ran into the bathroom and puked again.

"Damn okay here."

"Thanks Devyn you're the best."

I hid it in my jacket so no one could see it. Then I went back downstairs into my car. I drove back to Jake's and took it there. I was so scared to look at it because if I was pregnant the same thing might happen.

*Flashback*

It's been a few weeks. My pregnancy has been doing pretty good. I was so happy about it. I was with the person I loved the most and I lived with the most amazing and important people in my life. Nothing could go wrong. I was 25 weeks now. I was the happiest I could ever be. Until I was cooking and I had to pee. I went to the bathroom and I didn't think anything bad was happening because I pee a lot since i'm pregnant. I went into the bathroom and saw there was blood in my underwear.

I started crying. Then I was in so much pain. I started screaming. Why. Why did this have to happen. The first time I was happy for such a long time. My pain was getting worse. I was screaming and I couldn't stop. Someone was banging at the door then I heard multiple voices. I made sure my clothes were covering my body before I let them in. Once I was covered I opened the door. I was in so much pain I fell onto the ground and started screaming more.

Someone called 911. I didn't know who. At this point I didn't care. I just wanted my baby to stay alive. She couldn't die. The ambulance finally got here and took me to the hospital. I blacked out in the ambulance.

*Flashback over*

I couldn't let that happen again. I looked at the test it said positive. I was happy and Scared. 

"Ella. Are you okay?" Jake said from outside the bathroom

"Oh um yea I'm fine."

"No you're not I can hear it in your voice."

"Fine. I think I'm pregnant again."

"AGAIN!"

"Yea, but I miscarried the first time."

"How are you going to tell Colby?"

"I don't know. I should probably go to the house and tell him."

"Do you want me to come with you?"

"Yea."

We left his apartment and went to the house. I looked around the house for Colby, but the only person home was Elton. 

"Hey Elton have you seen Colby?"

"Him and Sam just left to go film. Why?"

"I need to talk to him."

"About what?"

"Elton why are you so nosy?"

"I don't know."

I went outside and told Jake he could come inside because Colby was going to be a while. We came inside and stayed in the game room. We were watching Netflix when I fell asleep on Jake's shoulder. When I woke up I was wrapped in Jake's arms. I got up and went to the kitchen to get some water. I heard the door open so I walked into the hallway to look at who it was. It was Colby and some girl. I walked over to Jake and woke him up.

"Jake we are leaving now."

"What why?"

"Ella? Is that you?" I heard Colby say

"Yea, but I was just leaving."

"No come one stay."

"Not while she's here."

"You saw her?"

"Yea that's why i'm leaving. Jake you ready?"

"Yea."

"Jake's with you?"

"Yea." We quickly walked over to the door and got into my car. The ride home was silent. When e got back to Jake's apartment Jake said  "You can move in if you need to." 

"What?"

"I never really have anyone in the guest room so you can have it."

"Thanks Jake. I think I will move in." I am going to move in, but I don't know how i'm going to tell Sam. I went into my soon to be room and fell asleep. I woke up and my phone was blowing up. It was all from Sam asking where I was. Why I came to the house and didn't stay. I texted him back to meet me at Starbucks. I told Jake I was leaving and I drove the Starbucks.
