Chapter 1

"Where's Niall?" I say as my eyes slowly begin to open. "He's down stairs in the waiting room" Liam says in a calm voice. "He couldn't stay in here without crying his eyes out. The doctors told him to leave. They said he would make you nervous. He didn't want to. They kinda had to carry him out"

I began to tear up but it stopped when there was a knock on the Holding Room door. "Mr. Payne I'm sorry but Miss. Ramos is about 30 minutes away from surgery. She needs to start settling down." It was the nurse that has been helping me. "Ok Ms. Give me a second?" Liam asks her. "Sure thing" the nurse says as she walks out.

"You're going to be ok Lilli. Your strong." He gives me a hug. Well, an awkward hug because I'm laying dawn in the hospital bed. "See you after best friend" He says. "Ok Liam."

He is walking out of the door when I suddenly remember the most important thing I could say.

"TELL NIALL I LOVE HIM!"

The door shuts. I pray Liam heard me. The door opens again. Its the doctor. "Lilliana Ramos?" he says as he's looking at his clipboard. "That's me" I say in a quiet voice. "We are about to take you to the surgery room. I need you to start relaxing. "How in the hell do I do that?" I ask a little too loud because he hears me. "Well," he laughs "think about what makes you happy. Think about Niall."

Memories begin to rush through my head. How I got here. Ending up in the hospital. Getting ready to go into a room where doctors are about to tear into me. I begin to dose off. Probably because of the medicine the nurse gave me. Suddenly everything comes back to me. Where all of this started...
