Chapter 8

We walked outside my house and to his car. He went to my side and opened the door for me. When I was seated he shut the door and went to his side and got in.

"So where are we going?" I said as I clicked my seatbelt. "You'll see" he smirked and put the car in drive. As we pulled out of the driveway he grabbed my hand. I felt butterflies in my stomach. "You look absolutely gorgeous" He said as he started to blush. "Thank you. You do too." I froze. "I mean you look umm, you know what I mean. you look very handsome." I blushed so bad. He laughed. "Thanks" He said.

After about 2 minutes if awkward silents he finally spoke. "Mind if I turn on the radio love?" "No not at all." I smiled. He turned the radio on. Wake Me Up by Avicii came on. "This?" he asked. "That's fine" I nodded. I loved this song. We say there and listened to the music, held hands, and exchanged occasional awkward glances. The song ended.

"Here is the number 1 most requested song this week." The guy on the radio said as the song started to play. It was Midnight Memories. "Ugh" Niall said. He reached to change the station. "Wait! I like this song" I smiled and moved his hand. "You listen to us?" He said as he started to blush a little. "Yes" I nodded. "Since when?" "Just recently actually." I continued "I love your album. All of them." "You have them all?!" Niall said shocked. "Well, my sister is kinda in love with you guys." I smiled. "I took her CDs so I could listen to them." We listened to the song and at the end I clapped. He laughed at me. His laugh was amazing. After about 15 minutes we finally pulled up to a small building.

"This isn't going to be like one of those movies where the cute guy is secretly an ax murderer and takes the girl into a place where he kills her is it?!" I said as I laughed. "Maybe" he said with a straight face as he turned to get out. He turned back around and smiled. "I'm only kidding love" We both laughed. He got out of the car, ran to my side and opened the door. When I took of my seat belt he grabbed my waist and lifted me out of the car. I kinda shrieked. "Did I scare you babe?" He asked as he smiled. "Just a little." I said as I laughed a bit. He grabbed my hand and led me to the building.

He opened the door and a beautiful dinner was set up. It was kinda dark but there were hanging lights. I looked around amazed. Niall was staring at me. He giggled. "You like it?" He said as he lead me to our table. We were the only ones in there. "It's beautiful!" I exclaimed. We sat down and the waiter came to our table and took our drink order.

"Ok, tell me everything about you Lilli." Niall smiled as he spoke. "Like what?" I said. "Your family. Brothers? Sisters? Parents?" He suggested. "Ok," I began. "I have an older sister who is 21. Her name is Araceli. And my mom. You've met her." I paused. "What about your dad? And I saw a picture of a little boy in your house." Niall said as he looked at me. "Um, I. Well. Um. Id rather not talk about it. If you don't mind." I admitted. "That's fine." Niall grabbed my hand from across the table. I got my self together and spoke. "What about you? Tell me about your family." "Well I have my mom, dad, and my brother Josh. Plus all the guys in the band." He laughed. "They are like my brothers." His accent was so cute.

We talked while we ate, and when we finished he took the check and we left. We drove back to my house. As he pulled up to my house he looked at me. "Thank you for an amazing date Lilli." He smiled and grabbed my hand. "No thank you." I started to blush. He kissed the top of my hand and released it. I got out of the car and ran to the house. I unlocked the door and went up to my room. I layed on my bed and yelled at the top of my lungs.

"BEST NIGHT EVER!"
