Chapter 5

The next morning I woke up happier than I have in a long time. Happy as in skipping around my house humming different songs. I skipped down the stairs and told my mom good morning. "Ok, tell me now!" My mom demanded as she sat down at the kitchen table. "Ok fine." I said smiling. I then told her about meeting these 5 boys and then finding out they were One Direction.

"You won't believe it mom! Niall asked me on a date last night!" I almost yelled. "THATS AMAZING! OH MY GOSH IM SO HAPPY" We then held hands and jumped around the room. I loved how excited my mom got when I told her stuff like this.

I went up to my room and began to shuffle through my closet. I needed something nice but not too fancy. Something casual but not like I'm trying to hard. Something cute but not too sexy. You know? Here's the thing. I HAD NOTHING! And when I say I had "nothing" I truly mean NOTHING! I was homeschooled. My wardrobe consists of tee-shirts and jeans. Thats IT!

"MOM!" I yelled at the top of my lungs. A few moments later she came crashing through the door.

"WHAT?! What is it?!" she exclaimed. "I have NOTHING to wear." I grumbled. "I'm sure that's not true" she said as she began to look through my closet. She looked, and looked, and looked. "Oh shit. Your right" She giggled. "It's not funny!" I shouted. "What am I going to do?!" She stood there for a second and looked at me.

"We go shopping!" She cheered.

I got ready and sat in the car. We began to drive off.

"I took all of the One Direction CDs from Araceli." I said as I took them out of my purse. "How many times have I told you not to take your sisters's things?!" My mom said as she was looking around the road.

FACTS ABOUT ARACELI RAMOS

-She is my 21 year old sister.

-We used to be really close when we were younger. Then we faded.

-She acts my age.

And last and the most important thing about her...

-She is in love with One Direction.

Since Araceli lived with us I remembered hearing her beg mom for the albums, merchandise, tickets, and all of that stuff. So before we left I went into her room and took the 3 Albums she had. Up All Night, Take Me Home, and Midnight Memories.

"I'm going to try and listen to all of them." I explained to my mom. "I want to hear what they sound like." I put in one of the first CD and began to listen.

It was heaven. There music was amazing! How could I not known about them before. I guess I should have listened to Araceli when she told me to listen to them. All of Niall's solos were sung beautifully. Was I really starting to like him? I think I was...

We got out of the car and the shopping spree began. We went to a bunch of different stores. It was so much fun! After looking at 7 stores I got my dream "first date" outfit. I got a black and white striped tank top, a hot pink skater skirt, white flats and the cutest pink headband. "Thank you so much mommy" I said as I gave her a hug. "No problem baby" She said as she hugged me back. "Your going to look beautiful" "My first date is going to be perfect" I thought to myself. As we were walking out of the mall my phone buzzed. I took it out if my pocket.
