Inside of my head there lives a woman named Dee.

I don't really like Dee.

She's quite the nuisance

She argues with me and laughs at the little things i do

So I live my life in regret,

Questioning every decision I make

One day II was tired of her holding me back

I was tired of her making me upset and tearing me down.

Meet me in the hallway i told her.

The hallway is where I had all of my battles.

The biggest one was with rage and her blade cutting my thighs, I won.

This hallway was dark and scary.

I peered at Dee

She knew exactly what was going on.

She attacked first, bringing me down with all my thoughts she had built up.

She beat me down and left me,

Taking my pain and forming her new friend,

A.

I haven't been able to get up from the hallway since that day.

I've giving up and let them torture me while laughing.

It's a never ending losing battle

I may never seen the light at the end of the hallway anytime soon

One day i'll tell them to meet me in the hallway again.

And I will win.

This is sort of inspired by Harry Styles' song, "Meet Me in the Hallway." I just listened to it while writing this.
