Belle's POV
Once our hands connected, and the sparks subsided, I felt right. Like every problem in my life right now was just gone.
"So how was school", he asked as we walked along the river
"Good, mom", I joked sarcastically
"I'm glad, do you want me to bring some cookies up with milk", he said back
"Your mom makes you cookies, lucky", I say as I laugh
"Yeah, God knows I can't make anything worth a shit", he says back
I just laughed
"Wanna sit and soak up the rays", he asked motioning to the bench with his free hand
"Sure", I said and we sat down together
He draped his left arm over my shoulder and I snuggled in to his arms
And we just stayed like that for awhile, looking at the birds that would land and steal some fish
"Look that mother", he said as a bird pulled a giant fish out of the water
"Big fish", I acknowledged as they got up
He just laughed at my total interest in the topic
"Lets go back", he said and I nodded
We walked back to his car and he opened my door and allowed me to get in. He then trotted to his door and got in too.
"Now where", he smiled
"We could go to Walmart for a quick second and walk around", I suggested
"Cool", he said
"And yes, I do know where it is", he said almost reading my mind
I just laughed and covered my smile
"Dont cover it up, I love your smile", he smiled removing my hand from my mouth
All the blood in my body rose to my cheeks at that point. He chuckled as he drove off
"You so fucking precious when you smile", he sang as he turned the music up
"Hit it from the back and drive you wild", I sang back
"Girl I lose myself up in those eyes"
"I just had to tell you that you're, mine", I sang back
"Yeah I am", he smiled
My face became red
He just laughed and held my left hand so I couldn't use it to put it over my face
"Not fair", I pouted
"I know", he smiled
