Sky's POV

I walked out of the house the back way, as I had no desire to see the corpses on our doorstep again. I kept feeling shivers crawl down my spine whenever I pictured those eyes. Crooked, insane; burning with bloodlust. That wasn't SSundee...or was it? I shook my head and kept walking. Up ahead I could see the Hunger Games arena; Deadlox might be in there? I spawned inside the lobby and studied the players list. Aha! ~Arena 12: Deadlox~ I spawned in and saw him a few chunks away having a staring contest with some guy in a rainbow skin. "Ty! Ty!" I hissed to him. He whipped round. "S-Sky?!" I nodded. "Come with me, this is really important dood!" He rolled his eyes and spawned in the lobby with me. "What is it Sky?" I led him into a dark corner high up above the lobby so we couldn't be seen or heard. I turned to him. "This is about SSundee." Ty tilted his head to one side in slight confusion. "What about him?" I took a deep breath. "Well basically..." Everything that had happened that day suddenly poured out of my mouth. How I had cornered SSundee this morning. How I had thought he was a murderer. How he had tried to escape but had ended up slaughtering an entire street full of players. Ty's eyes grew wider and wider till I reached the bit about the eyes. "-then he looked up..and...it's the eyes Ty! They're so-" I paused searching for the right word. "-demented!" Ty knitted his eyebrows in sympathy for me. "God, sounds like you guys have had a tough day today." I nodded, then grinned. "You know what?" Ty frowned. "What?" "It's Friday the 13th today!" Ty facepalmed. "This isn't a good time Sky! SSundee could be losing control right now and you're standing here making jokes?!" My face fell. "I'm sorry." Ty huffed. "Yeah well, what d'you want me to do?" "I need you to go find Seto. He can heal SSundee." Ty nodded furiously and we went our separate ways.

SSundee's POV

My eyes snapped open. Good, I was still in control. The house was deathly silent. All I could hear was my pounding heartbeat and shaky breathing. I couldn't move; every time I tried spasms of pain rippled through my chest area. I stared at the ceiling. This silence would drive me insane...if I wasn't already. Suddenly, waves of panic swamped me as I heard a window smash downstairs. That wasn't Sky. He had a key. So did the rest of TeamCrafted. I started hyperventilating as heavy footsteps thudded upstairs. I gritted my teeth in pain as my eyes began to change. "No." I whimpered. I heard someone pause at the door. I bit my lip. Then I heard a voice. "I know you're in there SSundee. Stop pretending." There was fear in their words. Suddenly, I felt something change inside of me. Intense anger and hate flowed hot in my blood. "Alright then. Have it your way." I yelled in pain as my head pounded and my eyes ached. Something was gonna give soon. Then something snapped and I knew it was too late. "I'm sorry Sky..." Then I blacked out.

Sky's POV

I returned to the house and froze in my tracks. The window was smashed. I stepped gingerly through the broken frame; shards of glass littered the floor. Suddenly I heard a thud upstairs. My mind raced as I realised what was happening. Someone had broken in. SSundee had been alone. Now... I swore and sprinted upstairs, skidding to a halt as I saw the blood on the ground. "NO!" I yelled. I ran on until I reached SSundee's room. The door had been wrenched off of its hinges and there was no one inside. I yelped in fright as a harsh scream echoed around the house. I took a deep breath. "SSUNDEE! WHERE ARE YOU?!" In response to this a body was flung at me. I screamed as I realised who it was. "Oh god no...not Tyler..." I slumped to the floor. "Why SSundee...why?" Brotato...one of my best friends. Now he was dead. Despite the fact I knew it wasn't SSundee's fault, I felt fury rush through me. I got to my feet as a figure dropped to the floor in front of me. "Leave SSundee alone!" God...those eyes... They stared back at me, insanity and hate resonating from them. "Why should I?" I winced as the harsh, strangled tones made my ears ring. "What did he ever to do you?!" He narrowed his eyes, and began to advance towards me. I gulped and started backing away, till my back hit the wall. "Do you have any idea what it's like to be trapped in someone's head for years? Unable to do anything but watch the seconds of your life slowly tick away till there are no more left?" He hissed.

My heart pounded in my chest as I struggled to breath in the enclosed space. I didn't see the sword till a flash of silver appeared in my peripheral vision and the iron blade sank into my chest. I choked on air, clawing at the hilt, trying to drag it out. He stood there and watched me. Just watched. And I knew he would just watch...until I died. Then his crooked eyes widened and I silently prayed Ssundee was regaining control. I was right. Soon he was at my side, trying to apply pressure to the wound to reduce the blood loss from it. He didn't even try to hide his tears. "I'm so s-sorry Sky...I-I'm a monster." I shook my head, "No, you're not a monster. He is." SSundee looked up at me, sadness in his blue eyes. "But he's a part of me Sky. We're the same." Again, I shook me head. "No. You're different." He smiled gratefully and stared mournfully at Tyler's motionless body. "I did this." I couldn't deny the fact it was too late for Tyler. I stared at SSundee's chest. "Y-your bullet wound is healed." SSundee hung his head. "Yeah...he heals 10x faster than the average Minecraftian..." I blinked at him slowly behind me sunglasses. "Whatever happens SSundee...please, promise me you-" I coughed and tried to ignore the blood that splattered my clothes. "-you won't blame yourself." He looked at me. "I-I'll try but...how can I not?" My chin dropped onto my chest as my head drooped. "No wait Sky! Don't leave me-" His voice broke at the end as a door opened downstairs and Ty hollered up at us from downstairs: "Guys! What the heck happened here?!" "T-tell them." SSundee turned to me, eyes full of fear. "I-I can't. They'll think I'm a monster!" I took a deep shuddering breath. "Just remember what I said before...'If you ever need anything...we're here for you..." Then I blacked out...
