Derp's POV

I glared at FireSpark. She glared back. "You have a lot to answer for Derp SSundee." I sneered. "You don't scare me Sparky." She bristled. I could tell she hadn't taken to the nickname I'd given her very well. Sky tried to step in before it could become a full scale fight. "The best thing we can do right now is make sure that girl doesn't die of pneumonia." I snorted. "Or fear. You should've seen her face." I smirked as FireSpark growled at me and narrowed her eyes. I smiled. "Oh, you wanna play that game, huh? Well, I'll warn you. I can roar much louder than you can." FireSpark smirked. "You wanna bet?" I stepped closer, showing I wasn't afraid to challenge her. "Not being sexist here, but aren't male wolves supposed to be stronger than females?" FireSpark stepped closer too. "Depends wether you provoke 'em enough." Sky cleared his throat awkwardly. "Uhh, guys?" I ignored him. "I'm pretty good at provoking people." FireSpark remained silent, sensing the blow was about to hit home. I smiled. "I provoked SSundee. That's why he tried to kill you." FireSpark's jaw clenched. "If you're so good at making people mad, that probably explains why you're insane." I shrugged. "Occupational hazard." FireSpark smiled, but it didn't quite reach her cold, still eyes. It was a sarcastic smile. "It's just as well you're SSundee's alter ego. No one else can put up with you. Crazy eyes." I snarled at her and she jumped back a bit, eyes widening. "That's rich coming from you, Sparky. Least I'm not a crazed beast." She leaned in closer, eyes narrowed and her lip curled in barely concealed disdain. "You sure about that?" Then she turned and stormed off. I stood there, staring after her. A deep growl rumbled in my throat. Sky bit his lip. "Now you've done it." I smiled in a twisted sort of way. "SSundee did first. It's hard to be friends, or even lovers with someone who's a sociopath." Sky shook his head. "SSundee never did anything to you Derp. Why do you make it so hard for him?" I snarled. "You try living in someone else's head for 15 years. See how sane you are after that." Then I walked away, leaving Sky speechless and alone with a hysteric girl and a dumbfounded friend.

FireSpark's POV

I sat on my bed, burying my head in my hands. "I hate you. I hate you." I repeated this phrase over and over out loud and in my head. Yet I was unable to express my extreme loathing for SSundee's irritating and spiteful alter ego. I heard footsteps approaching my room and the door open quietly. I sensed a hostile aura enter the room and tensed. "I know I'm not SSundee, but can I at least say why this has happened?" I groaned. "Go away." He sat down next to me, crossing his arms. "Make me." His tone was light, but I could hear a challenge underlining it. I lifted my head and reluctantly met his crooked, crazed eyes. "So. What do you want?" He raised his eyebrow. "Well. I know what I've done, and I can't say I'm ashamed of it. Yes I enjoy killing. Yes I enjoy hurting SSundee. When you've been trapped in someone else's head for most of your life you tend to lose a lot of your compassion for others." I stayed silent. He turned away and uncrossed his arms, sighing heavily as he did so. "Look at this from my perspective. SSundee shifts into me while Sky is chasing him, pressuring him for answers. I find myself in a street full of players. I don't know who's the enemy, so I attack everyone. Apparently that's wrong. Next time I'm in control, I'm surrounded by people who want to kill me. So I kill them. Next time I'm in a prison cell. There's an aggressive werewolf staring me down. Boom. Tranquillised again. Next time. In an arena full of more people who want to kill me." He paused. "Kill us...So I killed them. And for my troubles I get stabbed in the back. Literally. Finally, I decide I'm done with trying to do the right thing." He stared at me.

"SSundee tries to fight back. It was laughably easy. And get this. He gets sent to The Deepmere-" I cut him off. "SSundee's in The Deepmere?!" Derp nodded. I stared at him, incredulous. "You lied to me." He smiled coldly. "So?" "How do we get him back?" He smirked and I clenched my fists to refrain from hitting him. "He's not coming back 'less I let him." I snarled. "And I'm guessing you're not in a charitable mood today?" Derp snorted. "I'm never in a charitable mood." We were silent for a while, then I said, "You're a cold-blooded killer. Looking at it from your perspective just makes it worse. I don't feel sorry for you. 'Far as I'm concerned, you deserve to be trapped in SSundee's head." Derp shook his head. "That the best you can do?" I bit my lip. "I could do worse. Much worse." I folded my arms. "But you're not worth wasting words and valuable breath on." Derp grinned. "I can see why Ian fell for you." I looked away. Disgusted with myself for not seeing through Derp's lies before. "So Sparky. I guess you're mad at me now? Huh?" I turned and glared at him. "Who are you? What are you?" He ignored me and answered with another question. "If what Sky says is true, and I'm just a more twisted version of SSundee, what does that make him?" I blinked. "A hero." Derp laughed; it sounded maniacal and slightly forced. "A hero, huh? Or the victim?" He stood up and stared down at me. "If I'm a murderer, but still SSundee, does that make Ian a murderer?" I remained silent; and confused. He smiled coldly. "Gives you a change of perspective, doesn't it?" He walked to the door and opened it. I spoke up. "You're an animal. A sadistic being." He turned his head to look at me and I started at the madness in his eyes. "Everyone has an animal living inside of us. It's what makes us human." He paused. "But some are worse than others." And on that note, he left.

SSundee knew something had happened. He could sense it. "What's happening?" He asked Herobrine. Herobrine blinked and gazed at Ian with his white, soulless eyes. "She knows." I knew he meant FireSpark. Herobrine paused. "And so does he." Derp knew he could use this against me. He knew he could hold me captive here for as long as he wanted. I grit my teeth. And that wasn't going to happen.
