The next day at school, Chirp decided to keep her distance away from everyone in her class. It was lunch time and Chirp was eating by herself until a group of girls came her way and sat at the other end of the table and began throwing pieces of grapes at Chirp. Chirp looked at them glared at them, yet they continue to throw grapes at Chirp causing her to growl at them which made the girls laugh.

"Would you stop?"

She said standing up. The girls just laugh and continued to throw grapes at her. Another group of girls that weren't to far from Chirp began throwing apple slices at Chirp.

"Awww is the baby going to cry"

"No I'm not"

"Cry baby cry baby!!"

They began taunting, Chirp angrily slapped her tray on the table and stomped over to them.

"I said stop it"

"Oh yeah and if we don't?"

One of the girls said smugly. Chirp angrily walked back to her table and grabbed her own grapes and threw at the girls causing them to gasp and scream. The other students saw what was happening and saw an opening of a food fight. One student stood up and yelled.

"FOOD FIGHT!!!!"

Then the battle began the food came flying left and right causing a big mess and other students to get dirty and gurt at the same time. The fight lasted for 15 minutes until a staff member came and immediately stopped them.

"Who started this?"

The staff said sternly and all the students pointed at Chirp who was in shock. The staff went up to Chirp glaring down at her before grabbing her hand and taking her to the Principal's office.

"Young lady I hope you know how much trouble you are in right now"

"But I'm not the one who first started this, a bunch of girls were the ones throwing grapes at me"

"It doesn't matter who was the one that started"

"Then why am I the only one who is in trouble. It wasn't my fault I was just only defending myself"

Chirp said trying to reason with the principal. The principal just shook his head.

"I'm afraid I'm gonna have to call your parents for your bad angry behavior"

"I don't have a problem with anger"

"If you didn't then you wouldn't be talking back to me with an attitude"

"Its called a conversation"

"Its called being sassy Ms. Chirp. Now tell me who are you parents?"

"I only have a father"

"What's his name?"

"Red"

The principal's eyes shot wide open. Chirp raised one eye brow in confusion.

"Y-you mean Mr. Red"

"Did I stutter?"

The principal then glared at Chirp.

"I will not stand for this"

"There's a chair right there behind your desk. Now if you don't mind I have to go back to class"

"Oh no you don't, you will sit and wait right there quietly for your father. As of right now you are expelled"

Chirp gasp at the last statement.

"This is absurd, I haven't done anything wrong. You can't do this"

"I just did"

The principal said annoyed. It didn't take long for Red to arrive, he was concern on why Chirp was in the principal's office. A police officer also enetered the office which caused Red to be even more concern.

"So what did Chirp do?"

Red asked the principal.

"I'm afraid your daughter was taking part of a food fight causing some injuries to other students"

"And?"

"Mr. Red your daughter will be expelled for causing disruption in our school"

Red glared at the principal.

"If your expelling my daughter then why is the police officer here?"

He said pointing to the officer standing by the door.

"He's here for you"

Red and Chirp were in shock.

"What?!"

"You can arrest him now officer?"

The officer pulled Red off the chair and put his wings behind his back while he cuff him.

"Wait hold on, i have a daughter. What did I do?"

"Don't worry Mr. Red she will be placed in a better home"

Red was stunned, they were taking Chirp away from him. Chirp immediately went to her father on the verge of tears.

"Daddy?"

Red hated to see Chirp cry. He tried to comfort her the best that he could even with his hands in cuffs. He leaned his head down and rubbed the top of her head.

"Its okay Chirp, everything is gonna be okay. We can get through this"

Red said, the officer then pulled Red out of the office and Chirp immediately followed. All the students were now watching as the officer pulled Red away from Chirp. Chirp was trying to hold on to her father's leg with the best strength that she has but couldn't. The officer pulled Chirp away, she looked to her father.

"Chirp, go and stay with Chuck and Bomb and stay there okay. Daddy will be out soon. I promise"

He said as they put him in the car, Chirp quickly ran home to tell Chuck and Bomb what happened.
