The Prom was in the next two weeks, the next day at school everyone was scattering around asking people to go with them at the last minute, it was time for gym again and I was kind of nervous to see Alex I was late to class because I had to turn in a paper  that was way past over due.

Nobody noticed me come in late, but I could see the look on Emily and Lucas face I hurried to the locker room to change when all of a sudden Alex crept up behind me, startling me.

“Aw did I scare you? Sorry.”

“It’s fine” I stood  in between the benches and the locker in my towel.

“I was thinking about what you said yesterday and I was  kind of curious.”

“Curious about what?” That moment, Alex backed me up against a locker putting his body against mine attaching his lips to mine, feeling my body and the lower part of me began to bend in my towel.

"What are you doing?” I asked pulling away from him.

“This is what you wanted right?” He pulled the towel away putting his lips on my neck I was mute trying to resist he put his to tongue in my mouth and began to pull his pants down putting my hands in his boxer’s making me powerless to his touch, but I pushed away.

“I thought you were straight you don’t have to do this, like you feel bad for me or something.”

“Hey, I just thought you might...”

“Might just what get a free fuck from me? I picked up the towel off the floor and wrapped it back around my waist, Alex left and as soon as the door closed I took a deep breathe and sat on the floor.

I put my gym cloths on and sat out, there was no way I was going to participate after what just happened.

Alex kept looking over at me I never expected this from him now I wonder what I ever saw in him, what was driving me crazy about him in the first place it sure as hell wasn't him being romantic.

That night I stayed at Emily’s deciding what to wear to Prom and what time I should meet her at her house.

“So what, is that guy Lucas like your boyfriend or something.” She smirked.

“No, were just friends is there something wrong with that?”

“Nothing at all I mean you two were spending so much time together.” I could hear the jealously in her voice.

“Yeah not as much time as you and me Em, he was nice to me when you weren’t.”

“What ever someone had to knock you down from cloud nine sooner or later” She made it seem like she had did a good deed.

“Honestly I don’t want to talk about it any more...”

“Ooh is your boyfriend a touchy subject?” She wouldn’t let it go sitting there trying to put up a fight but I ended it before it could start turning off the lights and turning over in the bed.

The last few weeks of school felt like they would never end, that morning seemed so odd  was it just me or were  people glancing, staring, whispering, and pointing.

I ran into Emily maybe she knew what was going on.

“Emily care to explain why people are staring at me.”

“How should I know its only 2nd period I came in from the bleachers, why would people be staring at you?”

“I don’t know that’s why I’m asking you.”

I walked passed a group of people watching a video maybe that will answer my question.

“Excuse me what are you watching?” the group formed a wide enough circle so that I could see the phone.”
