A/N: I feel like Dumbledore invented the word ships!

"Ah! Albus! I believe you have forgotten your start of year ships!" Professor Dippet proclaimed in the staff room the next morning. Albus' eyes twinkled.

"No, not forgotten, merely delayed." The other teachers gathered around Dumbledore. His ships were a tradition of sorts, one which everyone enjoyed. He began to name various students, and then he paused. "Now. This one may surprise you. Minerva McGonagall and Rubeus Hagrid." Slughorn snorted.

"That brute of a boy can barely hold a quill! Him and that know it all! Albus you are off your rocker!" He proclaimed as he left the staff room.

"Well that was uncalled for!" Dumbledore stated, looking around at his colleagues. "I've never been wrong before!"
