It is the 23rd century, mankind of the past may imagine that our Earth will be in it's outermost advanced point in life, but little did they know that this generation has entered an age of darkness.

July 4, 2287, Washington, D.C.
"Today, is the end of our world. Today is the end of what's known to be the most beautiful planet in this Galaxy, which is now like the others. Soon, this planet will no longer contain life. In fact, this planet will soon be nothing but bits of asteroids, wandering the space like ants, and with it is our junk. Today, ships containing the last life will travel into space and soon we will form a space station as big as the planet we stand on. Today is the last day we step on this soil. This is the last day of Earth."
This man is President Harren Borne, billionaire and former CEO of Jade Labs, now the president of the United States of America.

His administration saw the rise of private government organizations, which replaced departments, bureaus, and associations within the government tree. The US is leading a mission accompanied by the rest of the world to create a large space station as big as the planet Venus, called "New Earth" or simply the NE Station. The design for the space station was made through the vision of an English scientist named Benken Allieton. For the space station to be formed, it requires to be built by fragment ships. Everyone will be sent through these ships to arrive into the station core.

People may not know, but the government withholds a powerful laser that can destroy an entire planet. As soon as ships fly out into outer space, pilots prepare to launch and start the operation.

Hello, my name is Jones Mallec, head of the Research & Design Labs and a part-time pilot, working for the REBIRTH Association, an organization built to create the technology of the future, and to build the next steps of mankind.

"Ready to launch, bud?"
This is Stev Ross, my co-pilot and ship technician, also a member of the Research and Design Labs as a Layout Designer.

"Oh yeah, I do!"
The control panel lights up.

"Let's do this!"
He exclaimed.

As soon as shuttles reached altitudes, our ship fell down to the ground spinning. Luckily, the ship managed to keep hovering over solid surface. But soon, the right wing suddenly hit the ground. Then, both wings simultaneously hit the ground. The shuttle loses balance, and comes out crashing to back where we started.

"We managed to survive that crash, but how do we come back up?"
he questioned.

That is until, we found out that the hangar contained backup MT-4370s inside. We came back up, and saw that the laser was finally stable.

Our shuttle managed to dock on the satellite. As soon as we went inside, we found out that it was designed to potentially explode once it shot the laser.

"What do we do?"
I asked.
He soon replied.
"I have an idea. Get in the ship, Jones!"

"No way!"
I feared that I will lose a friend. I don't fly ships alone, by myself.

"Trust me."
He then left the shuttle. The laser was then shot. The shuttle moved as quickly as it can away from Earth. I tried contacting him, but then I suddenly lost connection to the satellite.

"This is Jones Mallec to Satellite 6108, can you read me? I repeat, can you read? Stev!"
Then I soon realised that there was nothing behind me. Earth is gone. Nobody is in there. At least nobody alive is in there. Until at one moment, I saw an escape pod flying at the same direction as me. I tried to follow it, then we reached the same speed. I tried to catch up- Then I saw Stev sitting, inside the space pod. I was surprised that he survived. As soon as all ships merged together to form the NE Station, we both managed to arrive safely. But as we arrived, we were surprised to see the future imagined by the former now in front of us...
