There is no set government system for them to use, they just respect one another. Daemons of different ranks can interact with each other, there's nothing holding them back.
They prefer warmer places, but anything too hot and they won't like it.

There are different houses these houses represent an elemental. If a child is born to one of these 'Houses', then there is a celebration as it is incredibly rare.
