-Chapter 5- Friends.....maybe?
Skyler POV:
I walked into my first class, AP Math. Why and actually how am I here? I asked myself. "Class!" shouted the teacher. "I'm Mrs. Peri, please stand against the wall while tell you where you and your partner will sit for the year." I tensed. "Fudge," I whispered to myself.
The teacher went on assigning partners and finally came too my name. "Skyler Riverá," I looked up, "And Emily Hawkins," She pointed to a table and I walked over to it and put my books down on the table. Can I just go to AP Science now please? I thought. I LOVE science!
Emily POV:
"Skyler Riverá and........" Mrs. Peri looked at the list she was holding, "Emily Hawkins." Ah well, at least it was a girl, I thought. Mrs. Peri was pointing to a table. A girl, I suppose Skyler, just got there and placed her stuff down. "Hi, I'm Emily Hawkins," I whispered, hoping she wouldn't hear, but she did.
"Hey! I'm Skyler but you can call me Sky if you want," She winked. Then she started studying me "Hey aren't you....." I realized that she was the girl from the hallway, "Yeah! I thought you looked familiar!" Sky smiled at me, "Well then, lets get working on the problems, no?" She winked at me again and I smiled. Maybe we'll be great friends. Turns out we have next class together, AP Science.
