Chapter 26

Em POV:

It was now December 26th meaning that our parents were leaving today. The families were all packing up with us helping. My dad went to help LA so I was helping my mom.

"You know, I had a lovely time here dear," My mom begins. I look at her, "Well I'm glad you did!" I smiled. "You bet I did! Your friends seem very fun, specifically Skyler and Tigerlily. Zero seems antisocial though."

I laughed, "No he's not antisocial but he isn't very emotional either." My mom chuckles, "Ok well either way I really wish I could stay until New Year's but unfortunately my job only gave me 3 days. I would love to get to know your Companion better and also Tigerlily. I can see that they care about you."

I remember what happened last night. "Yeah, they sure do." My mom smiles, "Like I said sweetie, if I could I would but don't you worry! Someone else will come to spend New Years with you!" With that said she zipped up the suitcase and kissed my cheek.

"I'll check on everyone else, you take this down stairs." With that she left. Who was coming?

Zero's POV:

I was currently sitting on the bed watching my dad pack up the luggage. So, Zero," My dad says getting my attention. "You are my second son and you and your brother are very important to me."

Good to know?

"But, don't tell your brother this, I always cared for you more because you were smaller and couldn't do much and for you to have the family power makes me really happy,"

Whoa... Wait, what power?

"I'll be honest though, I always thought that you would go nowhere with this power," Thanks....

"But now I think that you can go many different ways with this power," My dad got up and pulled out a rectangular shape case from under the bed. "I brought this with us when I found out about the war,"

War?!

"It's time Zero," My dad said opening up the case and handing me a samurai sword. Holy mother fudging crap.

Tiger POV:

I was in the living room on my phone playing when my mom walks in. To be honest I was over the whole moving thing so I smiled at her. "Hey Tiger," She smiled.

I laughed, "Hi." She sat down next to me, "It's a shame that I have to leave you know." I nod in agreement. "Say, have you ever thought about how it feels like to have a younger sibling?" My mom asks.

I blink, "No...." She leans back a little, "Never imagined how Ivory feels about having a younger sister she named?" I blink again, "Ivory named me?" My mom nods, "I let her decide the name. So, uh, would you like a younger sister that you named?"

I think about what she said. Why was she asking these questions? "Yeah why not?" I agree. "Good because I'm..." Your what? Adopting? Pregnant? Wait....

Realisation hit me like a rocket. "Your pregnant?!" I gasped. "Surprise!" My mom smiles. "How far are you in?" My mom hesitates, "Six months." Before I know it, everything is blurry then black.

David POV:

I was helping Austin pack her things when we hear a scream down stairs. Austin runs down stairs, pretty fast, with me following. We see Tigerlily's mother with a face of worry looking at a limp Tigerlily.

"Is she okay?!" I asked. "She just passed out!" Mrs. Bloom panicked. Sky came running down the steps. "Mrs. Bloom please clam down. She just passed out, she'll wake up." Sky comforted.

"B-b-but-" Mrs. Bloom wasn't having an easy time. "Shh... Go finish packing I'll take care of Tigerlily," Sky smiled. When Mrs. Bloom left, Sky turns to Austin, "Hey, you should go finish too when your done you can come help me."
