Chapter 17

Sky's POV:

*this takes place after the boys leave*

I was looking at Em. I can't believe what she had just done. Sure she had told us about how in the past that would happen but no words could prepare me for that. Seriously! It was so shocking to see all those swear words coming out of her, but that's not too surprising. Not to mention she pinned Zero to the wall effortlessly. You just don't think she'd be capable of that.

"So?" I asked. She looked up to me. Lily had already gone back to sleep so it was just me and Em out on the balcony of out dorm. All the dorms were on the North side of the school, the safest place. They are all in a big oval with a big green area in the center. No one is allowed there for some reason. The students (us) called it "The Green Zone". The way the dorms work is that Group A is at the top line and Group B was on the bottom line. The bottom line though is still high enough so that no one can get down.

"So what?" Em asked sitting on the railing of the balcony. I got up from the small table we were sitting at. "Sooo, do you like him?" I asked like a 14 year old. She blinked, "Who? And don't talk like that!" I chuckled quietly. Then I put my pointer finger over my lips, "Shh! We're supposed to be sleeping you know!" I whispered/yelled. Em put her hands up in surrender and nodded.

"I'm talking about Zero, ya know, one of the boys that came here to clean because of the prank they did on a teacher," I whispered to her. "What prank?" she asked while looking at the Third Quarter moon. I found out why they were sent to the office when I was out raging. I'm good to on getting information. I explained to Em what happened.

She laughed silently, "Wow, best welcome gift no?" I stifled a laugh, "Oh yeah! I totally want to get oatmeal, erasers, and sharpen pencils all over me!" She smiled at my sarcasm. "But for real Emily, do you like him? Zero I mean?"

She stayed quite then spoke, "No." I sighed and sat on the railing with her. "Em don't lie to me. I know what your feeling. Like litterally, I'm not joking."

"Huh? You can feel what I'm feeling?" Em questioned.

"I'm not sure, but you know what?"

Em hummed a tune signaling for me to continue.

"We should go to the library," I finished. Em's gaze went to me with confusion all over her face. "Let me elaborate, so today is Thursday right?" Em nodded. "Ok so tomorrow when Lily falls asleep we sneek out!" Em's eyes flew open, "What?!" I put my hand over her mouth, "Shh!" Then I explained to her in full detail.

-Next Day-

Tiger's POV:

I turned off our alarm, Friday! Finally! No unifoms!! Sky and Em were already picking out outfits so I joined them. After picking the best outfit I could find, we left for breakfast.

On the way Sky told me why those boys were cleaning our dorm. "Wow!" I laughed. "I know right!" Em agreed. When we got to the cafeteria, we ate breakfast and then went to class.

*At Tigerlily's History class*

"Okay class, today will be one of our last days we'll talk about the history of SNH," my teacher, Mrs. Silver, announced. Some cheared others groaned. Me on the other hand just stayed quite. "Alright, so we'll end of this unit with a test next week. During the weekend I want all of you to study and bring back one new fact."

The bell rung. "Class dismissed," Mrs. Silver said waving her hand. Hmm, I guess I'll figure out something to study.

Back at the dorm I was looking through my stuff when I found the letter we got the day we took our tests. I read it but....something was wrong.... I read the last part again since that's where it sounded weird.
