Chapter 12

Tigerlily POV:

            An alarm went off. "The fu--" I said trying to focus of course I didn't finish because...."Bonne fille du matin!" My dad burst in my room. He was wearing a red sweater with beige jeans and tennis shoes. Ugly jeans FYI, I thought. " Bonjour...."  I replied groggy. "Get up! Enrollment is today at noon!" I looked at him, "How do you know?" He smiled, "It's the same every year."

He then left so I could change. I put on a red tank top with a black leather jacket, black skinny  jeans, and black leather boots. I wore my hair down, put red hair coloring, and I put some eyeliner on. "Aren't I noticeable?" I laughed and headed downstairs towards the dinning room.

"Just a question, but you know everything about SNH right?" I asked my dad after I swallowed the food I had in my mouth. We were having waffles (with whipped cream and strawberries as toppings) and milk for breakfast, my favorite! He took a sip of his coffee. "Indeed, I went there remember? My parents went through all of this and so did your mother's." I nodded, it made sense. "So why did you wake me up so early? It's like 7:30 in the morning!" He laughed, "'Cause we have a lot to discuss about." He told me that he talked to my sister, who's in college, Ivory, and told her about what was going on. Turns out she was a Wisdom and a Mindreader too.

She graduated early and went to a collage for Supernaturals. He didn't go into detail though. I finished getting ready and then came back to the table. After we then talked for about what seemed for like 2 hours, my dad got up. "Alright, allons-y!" I gulped, "Ok then." We went outside. Our front yard was full of brown fallen leaves. It was kinda chilly but I didn't mind. In our car we put on our seatbelts and my dad began to drive. We went to a building I never knew about.

My dad then got out and walked over to a random black car. Touchscreen buttons suddenly appeared on the window and my Dad pushed some of them in some kind of order. It flashed green and out of the blue a portal appeared. My jaw dropped. Did I just see that happen? My mind was blown. My dad came back and drove through the portal after handing me a medium sized, black box. I flipped it open and inside was a black bracelet that had orange tigerlilies attached to it all around.

I laughed knowing what it meant and put it on. We stopped and got out. I took advantage and hugged my dad, "You're the best!" He hugged me back, "I love you and wish you the best of luck here at SNH." Something's up, I thought, yet I shrugged it off. "I love you too, Dad," I replied. He released me and said, "Wait here for your friends ok?" I looked in his eyes, "Ok....but are....." He shook his head, went to the car, and drove back through the portal.

Emily POV:

             "Mewosamasu Emily!" I woke up with a jolt. I heard my mother and father's laugh, "Come on! I wanna talk to you for a bit during breakfast!" My dad said. I opened my eyes. "Same here," My mom agreed. "Ok, good morning by the way." They smiled and walked out so I could change. I decided to wear a white long sleeve shirt, a flowy purple mini skirt with black tights, and ankle high black boots.

I put my hair down with a purple  head band with a lace flower on it. I laughed a bit because the head band almost blended in with my hair. I also wore a little mascara with red lip gloss. I went out of my room and bumped in to Alex.

"Sor---"

"Move you freak!

I was shocked. Was that Alex? I watched her stomp down the stairs. I sighed, she's jealous I bet. I knew this wouldn't be easy. When I got to the dinning room, everyone was already eating, of course. We were having apple cinnamon waffles for breakfast with syrup and butter. Yay! I sat down in my usual spot and began eating my favorite breakfast. It tasted different though. I looked at my food. There was what looked like pepper on it.
