Trial

Julia:

"All Rise!" The court said as the judge entered the court room. "Please state your name" he directs it towards me "Julianna Jacobs" he nods and says "you may be seated." Everyone sits down and I look behind me and all the boys are sitting there. Shawn is coming tomorrow to see if I'm okay.

"Now will Julia's lawyer please stand and call up their first person to trial" my lawyer stands up and she says "Shawn Mendes" I widen my eyes and I see him walk through the back of the court room and he gives the stankest eye ever to Michael. Shawn sits down and he is now being asked questions. "Shawn, can you please tell me who that is to you in that chair?" He looks over at me and smiles "my baby sister" I smile back at him.

"When you first heard of her kidnapping do you have any hunches on who would've taken your sister?" He nods "I thought it was one of her exes but that isn't the case it's m-my uncle who took her" Everyone in the court room gasps and I put my hand up to my mouth and start crying. No wonder he looks familiar now, he is related to me. That's so fucking gross.

They take Shawn off the stand and as he walks by to go sit down with the boys, he hugs me. "Kick his ass J" he whispers. I smile and now I'm up on the stand. My lawyer comes up and asks me questions "hi honey" she says softly. I smile weakly "Julia would you like to tell everyone what your supposed uncle did to you for over a month" I rub my hands on my jeans and I look over at Daniel and he is now paying attention. "H-He would feed me when it was the morning. I never slept because i was scared too. He then w-would come and whip and kick me and then in the middle of the night he would come down an- and r-rape me for the rest of the night" I say breaking down in tears and I hear Michael yell "that's a lie" I stand up and say "YOU TOOK MY VIRGINITY AWAY! I ABORTED YOUR FUCKING BABY WHEN I GOT HERE!" Everything stops all the guys look at me and I stand there and I say to the judge "I'm sorry" he nods understanding. I run out of the court room, crying.

I leaned on the wall and I slid down and I buried my face in my knees. I hear the door fling open and I feel someone come next to me. They hug me, I haven't felt this hug in a while. I cry into his chest and I recognize the smell, it's Danny. I cry harder grabbing onto his shirt and he holds me tighter "I'm so sorry J" he whispers. I look up and I see him crying "for what?" He shakes his head and lets go of me "for blowing you off whenever you needed a best friend and just being a bad best friend" I hug him and I whisper "I forgive you, that's all I ever wanted to here from you" he hugs me and tighter and says "I broke up with Angi when she told us the truth, that she saw you being taken away" I let go of him "you shouldn't have, you loved her" it hurt saying that but I know it's true "I didn't love her, I loved someone else this whole time" I look up and his face is closer to mine "you." I smile and we both start leaning in until we hear the court room doors fling open seeing Zach and Jonah.

We go to go in but I grab Jonah's and Zach's hands "we made up" they both smile and hug me "now let's go in and lock that bastard up" we walk in and do the rest of the trial

4 hours later

"Michael Sur is charged with kidnapping,child abuse, possession, robbery, insest, and rape. He is sentenced to life in the Los Angeles penitentiary. This is affective immediately!" We all cheer and I run up and hug Shawn "you did it" he whispers.

"I love you Shawn"
