Chapter 4

September 2, 1971
Camp Half-Blood,  America

Eliza's P.O.V
It's been a day since I've been at camp, I've only met Shantè but he wants me to meet some of his friends. I've already met Janie, a daughter of Athena, she's really pretty. Dark brown hair, grey eyes and a natural tan. Despite being the children of people who hate each other, we get along pretty well.

"Hey Eliza! I want you to meet Shay and Lynn, they're daughters of Hermes." I heard Shantè say, I went outside and saw him with two girls, seems like they're twins. They both had light brown hair, and black eyes. They thing was, one had shorter hair.

"We can introduce ourselves, we're not that stupid." I heard one say, she had shoulder length hair.

"Anyway, I'm Lynn. My sister is that one with longer hair that me." Lynn explained, well that fixes my confusion.

"Hi, I'm Eliza, daughter of Poseidon."

Once I said 'daughter of Poseidon,' they bowed down like I was one of the gods. I'm sure my dad had other children right?

"We are honored to be in the presence of a child of the big three!" They said, still bowing.

And me?

I'm confused.

Shantè's P.O.V
I just faced palm at these two idiots, then I saw that Eliza looked really confused.

"I'm not why they're bowing at me..." I heard her say, mostly to herself.

"Well, it's very rare that a child of one the big three comes to camp, you're probably the first one in fifty years." I heard a new voice say, Janie.

"Oh, well... I mean I'm not that special right?" Eliza said,

"Uhhh, that means you're very special." I said, wondering why she said she wasn't special. I mean with beauty like hers, she should be treated like a goddess.

"Lynn, Shay get up! Your causing a scene!" I hear Janie yell, but I didn't pay attention to her. I mostly looking for Cherry, and Ein.
I knew Ein had a crush on Cherry, and Janie had a crush on Ein.

That's one complicated love triangle.

Anyway, I saw Eliza looking at Janie, Shay and Lynn. Trying not to laugh, her hair was in two french braids, and her sea green eyes shined brightly.

Sure enough I saw Cherry making her way over here, her red-brown hair in a low ponytail and pushed to the side (like the mother hairstyle of death in animu) her dark brown eyes held annoyance. Maybe because one of my brothers were bothering her, or maybe that's just Ein.

As soon as she got here I saw Ein coming around the corner, his black hair was messy, and his black eyes looked tired. Maybe he just got up? Some might confuse him with a child of Hades, but in realty he's a child of Demeter.

"Okay Shantè, we're all here. Who did you want us to meet?" Cherry asked,

"Well, this is Eliza, and I think she can introduce herself." I replied.

Eliza's P.O.V
As soon I heard Shantè say that, I became nervous. Usually I had Lily and Petunia to help, but now it was just me.

"I-im Eliza Evans, daughter of Poseidon." I nervously stuttered, my voice slightly cracking when I said Poseidon.

"Woah woah woah, you mean your the daughter of Poseidon? The Poseidon?" A boy with black hair asked, his hair still messy.

"Uh, yea." I said, still slightly nervous.

"Well, I'm Cherry McLeod, daughter of Aphrodite." A girl with reddish brown hair said, her dark brown eyes held kindness.

"And I'm Ein Lycan, son of Demeter. Don't let my appearance fool you, I'm not a Hades child." Ein said, he lightly fixed his hair.

"You already know us, but it's nice to meet you Eliza!" Shay and Lynn said, together...

I have a feeling these won't be the only pair of twins I'll meet.

"Uhm, if you don't mind me asking. Are there other children of the big three?" I asked,

"No actually, your probably the first one we've had in a few years." Janie said, her eyes were on Ein, who was looking at Cherry. My eyes trialled to Shay and Lynn, Shay was looking at Shantè like he was some kind of God, probably Apollo, and Lynn was looking at Shantè like he was a Hydra. Ready to kill.

"I'm getting kind of hungry, can we go to the pavilion?" Shantè asked, he grabbed my hand, and was already walking. While the others tried to keep up.

"Uhm, Shantè why don't we wait for the others to catch up?" I asked, curious on why he was walking so fast.

"They've been here for awhile, they can find their way." He replied.

"O-okay, if they do know the way..." I said, still unsure.

"Don't worry, trust me."

"Okay, I trust you."
