It had been a few days since their last practice. Wednesday to be exact. Rin found herself heading to school tired just like almost every morning as she stayed up late to study for a test in math class. It was still a bit early and she was craving a pick me up so she pulled into a gas station somewhat close to school.

Her parents were never fond of her drinking coffee so on days like this she would have to sneak one before school.

She got out of her car and headed inside where she immediately spotted a few other kids from school. A hang out or a meet up spot for some in the morning. But she wasn't here to see any of them. In fact it was more like she was ignored or just not noticed by the others.

She made her way to the far back where the coffee table was and started to place together her choice of caffeine.

"What brings you here?"

Rin looked up just as she was taking the first sip f her coffee and spat out what she had in her mouth. She tried to stop the flow of liquid and ended up just spitting what she could back into her cup.

"Robyn?" Rin whipped her mouth with a napkin quickly.

Robyn smiled at how startled Rin was at the sight of her.

"That's me." Robyn smirked.

Rin smiled as she placed her cup down.

"What brings you here to this lovely pit-hole of a place?" Robyn gestured to the small store.

Rin motioned to her cup, "Just coffee." She plainly stated.

Robyn smiled at this before reaching out and picking up a cup for herself. "Did you driver here?" she asked.

Rin nodded as she picked up her cup and blew on the hot liquid. "You?" Rin asked.

Robyn shook her head as she placed sugar into her cup. "Car broke down this morning." She said sadly.

Rin frowned, "That's unfortunate." Rin watched as Robyn continued.

"My dad dropped me off her seeing as it's not too far from school and I can get my fix on." She shrugged.

Rin tilted her head. "Is he taking you the rest of the way?" she asked.

Robyn shook her head.

Rin frowned even more. "You could always ask me for a ride if you need one." Rin smiled a little.

Robyn looked up from her cup and smiled, "I know you have a lot on your plate. With all the studying hours and the late study classes... I honestly didn't want to trouble anyone." Robyn shrugged as she took a sip from her cup.

Rin felt bad on the inside after hearing Robyn's words. She did have a lot on her plate, but that didn't mean she couldn't make time. "I can take you the rest of the way if you want." Rin offered.

Robyn smiled a little, "I would be dumb to not accept your offer." She placed a lid on her cup and handed a lid to Rin. Rin smiled taking the lid and placing it onto her own cup.

They two paid for their drinks and left the store. Soon enough they were heading off to school.

While in the car Robyn looked about admiring how clean it was and well maintained. Not to mention it was a brand new car... Probably this year's model.

"So what classes do you have?" Rin asked trying to make small talk.

"I hate my classes." Robyn started to play with the window. Letting it go up and down as she pleased.

Rin tried not to let the comment discourage their conversation. "I know we have lunch together." Rin nodded.

Robyn smiled at this. "I saw that..."
