"I think I should get going, Y/N." Kris looked up at me from his watch.

"But why?" I asked.

"It's getting late,"

"But, baby, it's cold outside."

"I really can't stay,"

"This evening has been very nice." Kris started to get up.

"Your hands feel like ice, let's hold hands." I pulled him down and put my hands on his.

"Y/N, my mother will start worrying,"

"But, baby, it's cold outside." I said again.

"My father will pace the floor." He said, trying to get his hands out of mine.

"I'll put the fireplace on," I don't even have one I thought.

"I really should scurry," he got up again and grabbed his hat from the racket.

"Oh please don't hurry." I pouted.

"Ugh, fine I'll stay for half a drink more." Kris chuckled.

"Okay, I'll put on the records while I pour." I smiled going to leave until I heard him.

"The neighbors might think,"

"But baby, it's freezing out there." I gave him the hot chocolate as he sat down.

"Say what's in this drink?" He asked.

"No cabs will be out there,"

"I wish I knew how~"

"Your eyes are like starlights now," I looked at his eyes lovingly.

"To break this spell." Kris said looking down at me, smiling.

"I'll take your hat," I grabbed his hat from his head.

"Why thank you," he thanked me.

"You look swell." I complimented him.

"I ought to say no, no, no, ma'am." I put his hat back, and turned to look at him.

"Mind if I move in closer," I asked as I put our bodies next together.

"At least, I'm going to say that I tried," he backed away.

"Hey, what's the sense of hurting my pride?" I walked closer to him.

"I really can't stay~"

"Baby, it's cold outside," we said in unison.

"Ugh, your very pushy.."

"I'd say optimistic,"

"I simply must go,"

"Baby, it's cold outside.." I said.

"The answer is no."

"But, baby, it's cold outside," I turned the channel to the news station.

"The welcome has been," Kris started walking to the racket.

"Look at the storm outside," I pulled the curtains to show him the windows.

"So nice and warm." He was walking closer making me back up.

"My sister will think, my brother's going to be at the door."

"It's up to your knees out there~" I said in a sing-song voice.

I put my hands on his chest, backing him up and sitting him on the voice. He looked up at me with his eyes half lidded, shaking his head. "Fine, I'll stay..."

"But, baby it's cold outside," it took me a second to realize what he said. "Oh never mind." I chuckled at myself and Kris joined me.

Kris got me by my arms and sat me down on his lap. "Baby, it's cold outside. I'll tell my parents about staying,"

"I don't know why you were talking about your family worrying, you're a grown man and you don't live with your parents.. I think you forgot about that, babe." I said.

"And that this was my house," I chuckled with him.
