Angelica x reader

First Argument

Angelica and Yn held hands down the hall to their second grade class. You see they both took 1st grade in Mr. Washington's class they were all set.
They walked into class and Mrs. Martha Laurens (John's mom) was the teacher.
"Oh hello Angelica and Yn!" She said smiling at them. They were both her favorite students, but for very different reasons. Angelica was very bright and helped around the classroom a lot especially whenever other students need help. Yn wasn't as smart as Angelica but she could figure things out with some help. Mrs. Laurens loved the conversations she and Yn held. She could go on and on about animals she saw on Animal Planet and the new Episodes of Steven Universe she watched, and how mad she was that new episodes didn't come out until April. (Ok maybe I put a little of myself in there about the SU episodes... BUT STILL)
Mrs. Laurens for them both very adorable, and when she found out they were "dating" she favored them even more.
"Thank you two so much for giving that box to Mr. Washington for me!" Mrs Laurens said kneeling down to them.
"No prob Miss L!" Yn said smiling
"It was our pleasure Miss L!" Angelica said smiling as well. Mrs Laurens patted their heads and pointed outside.
"Well all the boys and girls are outside on the playground, why don't you two join them?"
"Ok!" Both girls said running outside. Mrs. Laurens chuckled and continued to set up the classroom for a special lesson.
Angelica ran to the slide and Yn walked to the swings. She liked the swings it gave her time alone to think. James Madison came over with his hanky that was cut out from his blanket and sat on the swing next to Yn. Yn smiled greeted him
"Hey Jamey." She said while swing.
"Hi Nn." He smiled back the two swung back and forth talking and than saw,
"THOMAS GET THAT WORM AWAY FROM ME!" Angelica said running from Thomas who was evilly laughing while chasing Angelica with a worm.
James and Yn looked at the two with annoyance and then looked at each other.
"I'll get Tommy you'll calm Angie for me." Yn said while standing and cracking her knuckles. James nodded and stood. Yn ran after Thomas and grabbed him by the back of his collar. Yn took the worm and saw a birds' nest and threw it up there. Baby birds lunged for it causing Yn to smile. She loves animals. She remembered what she was supposed to be doing. She dragged Thomas to the sandbox. His arms were crossed as he was being dragged. Yn plopped him next to her and sat next to him.
"So was going on Tommy. Why are you bullying Angelica so much?" Yn said. She didn't really sound like she was lecturing or scolding Thomas. More like talking to him.
"I don't like her! She beach slapped me back in Washington's class."
"Beach slap?" Yn said tilting her head.
"Oh! You mean bit– no nevermind you don't need to know that word..." Yn said understanding what Thomas meant.
"Yeah and it hurt." He pouted. He moved his poofy hair a bit and showed a scar.
"See there's still a mark." Yn's eyes widened I'm surprise. My Angie did that...
"Well can't you forgive and forget?" Yn said still trying to reason with her cousin. Thomas looked at his slightly older cousin with his eyebrow cocked.
"If Jamey slapped you and left a mark would you forget?" Yn got Thomas's point. Just as she was about to say something she saw a baby bird get kicked out of the nest and fall. She and Thomas ran over. Thomas picked it up.
"Poor bird." Thomas petting it gently. He was caring towards animals. He and Yn had many pets at home.
"See it's probably not gonna forget that! His own mother pushed him out the nest." Thomas said handing the bird to Yn.
"Uh uh uh. Watch" Yn put the baby bird back in the nest and watched it nuzzle next to the mother, and mother nuzzled back. Yn told Thomas to stand back and the baby jumped to the edge of the nest. It chirped and the mother took the singal to push. The baby bird flapped his wings and hovered. It flew back to the nest and landed. The mother bird nuzzled him in congratulations and pushed the next baby bird.
"See Tommy. The bird forgave his mom and look. Now he fly."
Thomas looked back at Angelica and sighed.
"Fine I'll apologize. But it won't make me feel better." Thomas said he stood up and grabbed yn's arm and dragged her towards Angelica. Angelica smiled when she saw Yn and hugged her and kissed her cheek.
"Angie, Tommy has something to say to you." Yn said urging him. Angelica crossed her arms and glared. He started to sweat and pulled at his collar.
"Um... Well y'know.... Um" James took Thomas's hand and smiled up at him. Thomas smiled back and continued with a burst of confidence.
"Angelica I'm sorry for chasing you with a worm." Thomas said looking Angelica in the eye.
"Well you should–" Angelica started.
"Angie." Yn said to shut Angelica up. Angelica looked at Yn's stern face. She always seem to be more mature. Angelica blushed and looked to Thomas.
"It's ok. Just don't do it again Jefferson." Angelica said glaring at Thomas. Thomas didn't care much for Angelica's nasty look. He looked to Yn who smiled and patted his shoulder and walked away with Angelica dragging her. As the walked away James kissed Thomas's cheek.
"Good Job Tommy. That was very grown up of you!" Thomas blushed and hugged James
"Thanks Jamey!" He said

Yn and Angelica were sitting under a tree and agruing.
"I don't see why you and Thomas can't get along!"
"Because he's dumb and insensitive!"
"I don't know what that second word meant but you would like him if you just—"
"No! He's a– a dingle!" Yn gasped at the name dingle. She angerly looked at Angelica and yelled
"Don't you dare insult my cousin with such a word! Thomas is a sweet guy! You won't give him a chance!"
Yn got up and stormed into the classroom. She left Angelica in tears but she didn't care.
"Miss L! Can I play with Frances?!?" She said with a rasied angry voice. Mrs. Laurens looked at Yn in surprise.
"Of course honey." She said with concern. She put Frances's turtle tank on the ground and Yn took him out and petted him gently.
"What's wrong Nn." Mrs. Laurens said in concern. Yn looked up at her and moved on her lap.
"She called my cousin Tommy a..." Yn motioned Mrs. Laurens closer and whispered in her ear, "A dingle." Mrs. Laurens mentally giggled, but in real life gasped.
"No!" She said
"Yes Miss L she did!" Yn said going back to petting Frances. Frances nipped her finger and she pulled back.
"You got a strawberry?" Yn asked trying to feed Frances. Mrs. Laurens lifted Yn off her lap and got a big  strawberry from the cooler. Yn took it, gave to Frances and put him back in his tank.
"Well you love her dearly don't you?" Mrs. Laurens said. Yn nodded and Mrs. Laurens continued.
"Well you two are going to get into arguments some times. You and Angelica see things very differently, but you both love each other." Mrs. Laurens pointed out the window to the crying Angelica.
"Go talk to her Yn." She said patting Yn's back. Yn walked out there and stood next to Angelica and then sat down.
"Hey." She said to Angelica. She looked up and tears streamed down. She blushed when she saw it was Yn.
"H-hi." She said sitting up and wiping her face. Yn reached over and wiped Angelica's face.
"T-thanks" she said. They sat silenly and they scooted towards each other. Angelica laid her head on Yn's shoulder and Yn laid hers on top of Angelica's head.
"I'm sorry." Angelica whispered.
"I'm sorry too." Yn said back. Mrs. Laurens called all the children inside. Yn looked up and so did Angelica.
Yn got up and helped Angelica up. Angelica wiped a few stray tears and Yn frowned. She leaned down and pecked Angelica's lips. Angelica smiled and took her girlfriend's hand. They walked inside and Mrs. Laurens kneeled and ruffled both of their hair. They both giggled and they walked in. Mrs. Laurens smiled at her work, and closed the door that lead to the playground....
