It has been brought to my attention that I didn't tell anyone the fact that in my story line Simon never lost his immortality so his son I a living vampire. What I mean is he has a heartbeat and needs to breath can walk in sunlight but can only drink blood. Sorry for the confusion I have read the entire series.
