First Hunt Shape Changers

Vivian woke up to the sound of alarms going off. She jumped out of bed and ran to the controll room where her parents as well as her aunt and uncle were in full shadow Hunter gear.

Her mother, Clary turned around, "Sweetie there is food on the stove for you. I have to help everyone go track down a shifter. please get a message through to the clave when you're done eating."

"I want to got with you I have trained enough!" Vivian retorted.

"Don't address your mother in that tone Vivian Fray Lightwood!!!" Her father, Jace shouted at her.

Vivian shrank away she hated it when her dad yelled at her, " I am sorry but I am tired of being the one left at home to send messages to the Clave but can't Max do it. I mean it's not really that hard."

Jace shighed and put his hand to his forhead rubbing his temples. As Isabelle cut in with a light chuckle," Kind of reminds you of a certain someone when we were all young and stupid doesn't she."

Clary turned red and Alex started laughing with his sister, as Jace responded," A little to much," he smirked at Clary and got slapped in the face.

Clary looked at her sixteen year old daughter and said,"First of all you guys saw that coming. Secondly Ramona and Damien are coming to so why can't she."

Vivian was shocked but smiled at her mother anyway as she realized her best friend and boyfriend were laughing at her in the corner.

She turned around and grabbed her gear and went and put it on. She had around six or seven daggers sheathed somewhere on her limbs and a sword across her back.

When she came back in Damien couldn't take his eyes off of her but had to force himself to do so because Jace was staring daggers at him and he was kind of scared of Jace though he would never admit it out loud. He didn't feel like feeding Jace's ego it was big enough.

"Hey Ramona how's worlock training," Vivian said as she walked over.

Ramona's eyes turned blue as she proudly said," I can hid my worlock mark and open a portal," her voice sounded depressed as she continued, "Dad won't be letting me fight. I am just going to provide an escape plan in case the whole hunt goes terribly wrong."

Vivian smiled and patted her on the shoulder,"He just wants you to stay safe you should be thankful I have to be bait because the shifter has thing for young red heads."

Ramona giggled and saw how Damien was mopping though this made her some what happy she wispered," Vivy, you should talk to Damien he looks kind of put out," Vivian nodded and walked in Damien's direction.

Damien was looking right at her because he of course heard what Ramona said," Hey Viv," he said because he couldn't think of anything else.

"Hey," Vivian said back,"so about why I left the way I did yesterday..."

Damien interrupted,"Now's not the time Viv,"why did I say that

"Alright," Jace said to get every one's attention," the shape shifter is in a abandon building in the east side of Brooklyn."

Clary added," Brooklyn is known to be a vampire Haven so watch your six because they don't like us there."

"Also," Isabelle said," I believe they are in the middle of a turf war to put it kindly."

"How would you phrase it realistically?" Asked Alec.

" They are mindlessly killing each other for the fun of it," she said bluntly.

Time skip (in Brooklyn)

"So are you going to be like this the entire time?" Asked Vivian.

"Like what?" Damien retorted gruffly.

" Ignoring me and brooding?" She stated as they turned a corner.

"I'm not brooding!"

"Trust me I know what brooding looks like. I mean have you ever met my dad he is the king of brooding," Vivian laughed a bit as she said the last bit.

" Whatever were on a mission," He stops to look around a corner.

" That's what I'm talking about your brooding." She pokes his arm.

"Look," he said as he looked her in the eye,"Can we just talk about this later Viv, please," his red eyes faded to there usual brown as he begged.

"Fine I'll go find a good place to draw out the shape shifter!" She puffed her cheeks as she stormed off.

She walked over to the bar and ordered pink water to make it look like she was drinking, and would be easy prey.

After about two glasses she started acting tipsy and drunk. She jumped on a table and started dancing.

Then after about three minutes a man aproched her and said," you are a lovely dancer but would you let me buy you a drink!"

She fake tripped on the table and fell into the man's arms. As she said" I would love another one of these."

He nodded and helped her to the table and paid the bartender who happened to be her "uncle".

Alec looked at her and she nodded and triped again so the man had to catch her and turn away from the bar.

She was doing all of this because of the black mist around the man that made it very clear he was a shape shifter.

"Are you sure your companion needs another drink," Alec asked from behind the bar.

" It's not that I need the drink Mr. it's that I want it." She whined and poutted.

"Very well," and he slipped the pink water towards her.

She downed it and, started hanging off of the shifters arm while flirting and asking if he would take her somewhere more private.

She is a very good actor because Alec had to double check to make sure he wasn't giving her real alcohol.

The shifter agree to take her with him if she would give him a kiss. She very suductively said, " if you take me some where more private we can do more than just kiss. Then she smiled and pressed her chest against his arm.

This convinced him and he picked her up and she giggled and called him strong.

He took her out to the Ally way and all the hunters fallowed and blocked any escape roots.

The shifter ripped the front of her dress open and exposed her armor.

She kicked him back against the apposing wall and grabbed a dagger and held it to his throat and said, "I can't believe you thought I was actually into you,"

"To be fair for a while there we all thought Alec confused the alcohol with what he was supposed to be giving you hunny," said Magnus

Damien was now standing beside Vivian and had grabbed the shape shifters arms and pulled them behind his back.

Vivian sheathed her dagger and pulled out her Steele and Drew the banishing simbole on the shifter's chest and just before she finished it she asked him where the missing girls were. He gave them the address of the warehouse.

She gave it to Magnus and he opened a portal to the warehouse and all the adults went through it.

Ramona opened a portal back to the institute.

Once they were all comfortable back at the institute Damien said,"Viv we need to talk."
