Arriving

Dex P.O.V

I arrived in front of Everglen with plenty of time to spare. But instead of hailing Biana or Fitz to come and open the gates, I just stood there, nerves racking through my body. What was I going to say? How was I supposed to act? How was-

But before I could give myself even more of a headache, the gates burst open to reaveal an excited looking Sophie. Good. Not Biana. Not that I didin't want to see her, but...it would hurt too much.

"DEX!" Sophie yelled, and she launched her arms around my neck. "Where have you been? Its been AGES we haven't seen each other!"

"I know" I mumbled. "I'm sorry..."

"It's ok!" she said. "Come in, come in."

And I stepped into Biana's and Fitz's house, a dreading feeling in my stomach.

Biana P.O.V

I saw im arrive. I couldn't face him. Not now. So I told Sophie to go open the gates for him. I saw her give her friend a big hug and felt a pang of jelousy run trough me. I turned around to go and meet them, but I crashed into Keefe on my way out. Oh gosh, I had forgotten he was here.

"Wow, that's a lot of anxiety I'm feeling there." Keefe said mockingly. "And I think a certain Dexter Diznee is the cause for that."

Damn empaths. My blushing face gave him reason. Keefe smirked and gave me a tap on the back, for once holding back his teasing. Thank god. We had bearly gotten out of the room when an out of breath Fitz joined us.

"Hey Fitzter!" Keefe said, putting an arm aroung his shoulders.

"Hey dude." my bother responded. "What's up?"

"Appart from the ceiling?" Keefe said with a laugh. "Well..."

And I didin't hear the rest beacause Keefe had whispered it in Fitz's ear. I saw his eyes widden and a grin spread on his face.

"Who knew, Biana? You like Dizznee?" FItx said with a laugh.

"Keefe!" I said outrageously. "You weren't supposed to say that to him!"

He just laughed and ran off, saying:

"I hear more voices, everybody must be here!"
