"Hello?" Jimin sang into his phone after putting a silence to its ringing.

"Hey... so uh... I'm kind of lost," Taehyung sighed. Not only was he running two hours late to the tutoring session, but he found himself unable to navigate the location of Jimin's house.

Jimin covered his mouth to shield his tiny chuckle. "Tae, the directions are literally so simple. Where are you now?"

"Hey, stop laughing!" Taehyung whined, "I don't know. I pulled into a random driveway because I kept going in circles. The house address says 395..."

There was a long pause.

"Tae, you there?" Jimin fiddled with his bottom lip due to the abrupt stop in conversation.

"I've... gotta go." Taehyung immediately ended the phone call leaving Jimin to ponder on what had happened.

Ding! Dong!

Jimin's doorbell sounded almost directly after the strange phone call ended. Cautiously, Jimin padded to his front door and turned the knob slowly. The wooden door swung open revealing an ashamed, silver-haired boy staring at the concrete on the other side of the door.

It didn't take long for Jimin to conjure that the 'random' driveway Taehyung pulled into when he called him just so happened to be Jimin's driveway. Within seconds, Jimin erupted with laughter, leaning against the door frame to hold himself up.

Taehyung hesitantly parted his eyes from the ground and towards the cackling boy. "Okay, look, I can explain! I hadn't read the house address until I called you, and then as I read it I realized that I was parked at your house." The jock was red in the face as he attempted to defend himself for making himself seem like a complete idiot.

"Come in! Come in," Jimin managed to choke out in between giggles. "Sorry but that was hilarious!"

After much resentment, Taehyung finally broke into a smile and joined his tutor in laughing at his momentary stupidity. "Haha, very funny." His monotonous voice was a dead giveaway of his use of sarcasm.

At last, Jimin's laughter died down. "Now that you're here, why don't we start? Follow me." Jimin flashed a cheeky smile and aimed for the dimly lit hallway that led to his room. Taehyung obeyed his orders, gripping his bag of school supplies as he followed.

Upon arrival, Jimin noticed Taehyung admiring the decorations that occupied Jimin's room. Specifically, the string of Polaroid pictures hung opposite of his bed. Jimin simply watched as his crush was clearly intrigued by the photographs, making him stare in awe.

"Do you like it?" Jimin shyly asked to gain approval from the jock.

Taehyung whirled around to face the boy perched atop his bed. "Sorry, was I being too nosy?" The silver-haired boy cringed at himself as he apologized to Jimin.

"No! Not at all!" Jimin adjusted his glasses as he encouraged Taehyung to look as he pleased.

Taehyung returned his attention to the array of memories pinned to Jimin's wall. "Who's that?" He asked, pointing to one of the pictures.

"My mom." Jimin pulled his knees to his chest, wrapping his arms around them.

"Oh, is she here right now?" Taehyung questioned as he didn't recall seeing her when he walked in.

"No, she's out of town for..." once again, Jimin stopped mid-sentence.

"For what?" The jock asked, oblivious to Jimin's reasoning for not continuing his statement.
