It was her white, flowing dress that camouflaged her within the soft daisy patterns gracefully kissing the rolling rye grass fields that seemed to stretch out to infinity. But her wind blown hair that collected about her full cheekbones, tickling the corners of her carnation lips, draping across her freckled nose, strands accentuating the marvelous lengths of each individual lash sculpted intricately by the hands of God, framing her serene face allured her to stand out, for it's impossible to miss the astonishing sight of an angel.
She was his guardian. Her title unending, for she was much too ethereal to be tied down to one.
There her arms extended , an invitation for the child, the boy, her son, her world, her reason to find his haven enveloped inside her stand-in angel wings of the mortal world.
Without hesitation, he jumped. His eyes were oceans of inherited spirit, gazing upon the endless layers of his mother's beauty, sheer admiration beaming from his smile. And in those arms he would stay as they were too precious to abandon.
No matter how loud the demons would shout. No matter how forceful they would pull at his grip. He was there to stay.
Please, just let me stay.

The harder Jimin fought, the harder the doctors pulled, and the louder he cried, the louder they shouted. The odds were against him and so was the world. The heartless, cruel world he was living in.
"S-stop please— please stop!" Jimin's heels dug into the tiled floor in a frantic attempt at causing enough friction to stop the coated men from escorting him out of his deceased mother's hospital room rather forcefully. He thrashed and battled with all of his might to throw the doctors off of his arms and stay with his mother. Why were they taking him away from his mother?
"You can't— you c-can't do this!" He never gave up screaming and begging no matter how rapid the distance grew between him and his mother's death bed. "Please don't take her!" He repeated that statement over and over, a female doctor in the room having to look away from the painful sight as the doctors dragged Jimin away from his mother and into the hallway where he would never be able to reach her again.
It all happened so quickly, like a scene straight out of a movie as Jimin was tossed into the hall like trash. He collapsed hopelessly and hysterically to the cold, daunting floor as he watched the doctors roll his mother's lifeless body away on that bed. They blocked him from reaching her. And that's when it all became real. When his angel was no longer his. She was gone now. Now, it was just Jimin.
In the blink of an eye Jimin was up and running. Running from his biggest fear which was now his reality. He wanted out. But the world was just too cruel to present him with a way.
Yet again, those frosted hospital doors were no match for the distressed boy who barreled through them empty handed. Except, this time there was a new energy present.

The deafening sound of a wooden door crashing against a wall killed the silence that once occupied the vacant house. There the panting, hyperventilating, delirious boy stumbled beyond the threshold, leaning his entire body weight against the already shut door as the impact at which it was thrown open allowed it to ricochet back to its natural state.
Jimin slung himself forward, doubling over onto the kitchen counter, barely catching himself from a potentially painful impact. He couldn't see straight, nor could he think straight. He was gritting his teeth so hard that he could hear his own bone marrow grinding down inside of his head. Something was terribly wrong.
