Sam pov
"So, how do you know the Winchesters?"
We were all gathered in Bobby's living room, everyone scattered about.
All eyes were on Mike.
"I- uh." He started, biting his lip as he looked to me for help.
I shook my head lightly, "I told Gabe you would tell us, its your story to tell. Not mine."
He let out a sigh, Lucifer rubbing his shoulder.
"I- I used to help take care of Sam and Dean."
He looked over at me as I gave him a small nod of reassurance.
"Before- before they were adopted by Bobby, I helped fix them up after John's beatings."
I ignored everyone's look of surprise and pity, just glancing at Dean before tucking my head by Gabriels.
Gabriels brother that I assumed was Castiel from the dark hair sent a look towards Dean, obviously worried.
Lucifer, Michaels boyfriend glanced between Dean and I but returned his gaze to his lover seated next to him.
But Gabriels younger brother Samandriel stared at me with tears in his eyes.
"Its that true Sam? Is John like Naomi?" He asked, the extent to life that he knew spilling from his young lips.
I nodded, in which his tears started falling, and Gabriel beckoned him into a hug.
I was was worried the young boy would hurt Gabe on accident, hugging too tight or jostling his broken wing. But I wasnt prepared for the gentleness he displayed, he was experienced in his older brother being hurt.
My heart sank, knowing this was a normal for the Novacks was heartbreaking.
"So why didnt you tell any of us that someone else had wings?" Castiel asked, tilting his head to the side as he did so.
"That wasnt my place to tell." Michael quickly answered. "But I did get to know and become friends with Sam and Dean after they were adopted by Bobby."
Murmurs of understanding spread through the room, Lucifers arm snaking around Michaels shoulders as he leaned into him.
"Where are, where are we g-gonna live?" Little Samandriel asked, sniffling as his tears continued running.
That's when Bobby spoke up, setting down the lore book he was taking notes out of. "I do have one spare room, and the couches down here, or if anyone is gonna stay downstairs-"
"No one needs to stay downstairs." I interjected, earning confused looks from the Novacks.
"Ok, then theres the spare room and couches." Bobby shrugged, going back to his book.
"Lucifer could stay with me." Michael offered, blushing a bit as Lucifer smirked at him before whispering in his ear, the flush of his ears deepening.
"Gabriel can stay in my room so he can heal." I said, ignoring the look from Gabe.
"I could just stay at the local Motel. And Alfie can have the spare room here." Castiel stated.
Dean frowned at Cas, "You can stay in my room or something, you arent intruding at all."
Castiel just shook his head, "Itll be easier this way." He tried reasoning.
"No, son. Deans right." Bobby argued. "Id rather you were here to keep you kids safe. Michaels trained and can keep his boy toy safe. But you guys-" he motioned to the Novacks "- aint got a clue as to what to do if creepy crawlies come knocking down the door."
"Why would bugs knock down our door?" Samandriel asked in a whisper.
I let out a chuckle, getting a confused look from Gabe, and his brothers.
"We just want to keep you guys safe, ok?" I told him, earning a look of confusion from the young boy as he scrunched his face as if thinking really hard. He eventually shrugged, settling back into Gabes lap.
"Ill just stay on one of the couches then." Castiel decided.
Dean looked like he was about to protest, but thought better of it, wanting to retain his pride.
"So, its settled!"
Ok. Wow. This chapter was pretty bad. But hopefully i can actually get shit updated now
